We are a small breeding operation that breeds very small Goldendoodle puppies We are located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest on a small farm. We are a home based business so Sandy's puppies are exposed to a great deal of people as well as farm life activities. They are raised in our home so they are socialized from birth and handled daily so they will be ready for their new "forever" home. We

start training for crate, potty and various commands as well as travel in the car from day one which makes it very easy for new owners to re-home their pups. We believe in responsible breeding and only breed our female once a year and only as long as she continues to be in good health. We never want our puppies to end up in a shelter so we select homes very carefully to ensure they go to "forever" homes.

Ever wonder how we grade elbow radiographs on adult dogs?

When a set of elbow radiographs on a dog over 24 months is submitted to the OFA, a group of 3 randomly assigned board certified radiologists evaluate and grade them independently. Their evaluations are pooled, and a final grade consensus is determined. The grades for elbows are:
Grade I Elbow Dysplasia: Minimal bone change along anconeal process of ulna (less than 2mm).
Grade II Elbow Dysplasia: Additional bone proliferation along anconeal process (2-5 mm) and subchondral bone changes (trochlear notch sclerosis).
Grade III Elbow Dysplasia: Well developed degenerative joint disease with bone proliferation along anconeal process being greater than 5 mm.

Additionally, any underlying components of elbow dysplasia that may be present will be diagnosed when seen (ununited anconeal process, fractured medial coronoid process, OCD).

Have you ever wondered why the minimum age for hip and elbow clearances is 24 months?
OFA hip and elbow clearances look at the conformation of the joints to evaluate if there are any deformities or evidence of disease. While preliminary results are generally reliable, the accuracy of the final grade and the ability to diagnose hip dysplasia increases at 24 months of age. Degenerative arthritic changes secondary to hip or elbow dysplasia can take time to appear on radiographs, especially mild cases. The 24 month mark has been shown to be reliable for diagnosis because it ensures growth is complete and allows for degenerative changes to be seen. This age is also still young enough to allow breeders and owners to make informed decisions for the dog's future.

The left eye has a straight patch of white and hard to make it look blended. I did bevel it a bit with chunkers after this pic which helped. Of course she would not look at me after! Lol!

Busy busy girl!

This boy is ready for his forever home. Fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, crate trained, potty trained and knows a few commands. Sit, watch, leave it, take it and working on down. Little Peanut got groomed today. What a good girl she is! Great with everything! She is now 12 weeks old and learning so much! Sleeps in her crate all night and pretty much potty trained. She is a tiny one and don’t think she will be much over 20 pounds full grown. She has phantom markings. Pretty unique little package here! These little girls are doing SO much better! Poor pups have Coccidia! This is a real pain for a breeder! Today I spent the whole day bleaching everything! Kennels, floors, bedding toys, floors, dishes……the list goes on and on. Thank you Tahoma Veterinary once again for your amazing care plan! You all are rockstars!

Here we are using a high velocity dryer on Pepper. You can see her cool Sable coloring.

Pepper is getting a bath with Alayah today. What a champ you are little 13 week old girl! Our puppies are so trained when they go home. We try our best to set them up to succeed and transition well to their new families. Pepper is still available and is worth every penny we are asking. She is one unique girl with Sable coloring and the “floppy Doodle” coat so a bit easier to groom than the tight curl coat. Crate trained and knows a few commands along with well on her way to being potty trained. Vet checked with 2 sets of vaccines and up to date on deworming. She has the perfect foundation to be an amazing dog with service dog potential. There are many Doodles available now due to overbreeding and unethical breeding practices which is very sad and unfortunate. If you are not financially able to afford this girl please check out the rescues and adopt there. My pups are sold on contract so they don’t end up in that situation.
