Raffy was a scruffy little man when he came in. His coat was a bit damaged from the mats he got while being a playful puppy. I love using Tauro Pro Line's Magic-Plex Line to help restore coats! The composition of Magic-Plex is supplemented with a mixture of 8 unique natural and essential oils, so the restorative conditioner provides extremely deep hair and skin hydration, provides elasticity, fills hair cracks, and prevents breakage. 1.) All acceptance of new clients has been paused for the time being. I am currently fully booked for the next two months, so I'm pausing new client bookings until more openings are available so that I can make sure all my current clients are taken care of. 😊

2.) Due to the continued increase in running costs for the business, especially the cost of the high quality products I use for the health and safety of all the pups and in order to begin to pay myself more than a few hundred dollars a month 🥲, it is necessary for me to have a general price increase to continue to stay open and hopefully expand this year. Most prices only increased by about $4, or $2 per hour. Though my 1-on-1 appts did have to increase by more because I was severely undercharging for this type of appointment and in order to compensate for them being specialty appts and not being able to groom as many dogs in a day the price did have to go up by about $10-$12 from my previous 1-on-1 pricing.
** Please also note! My weight ranges have changed as well, from "Under 16lbs and 17lbs-35lbs" to now being "Under 19lbs and 20lbs-35lbs". This will put some people who were once in the larger weight range to now being in the lower weight range, meaning your new price may not change from your old price. 3.) New policies! There are a few new things added to my current policies. The main things being an addition to my late cancelation & no-show policy, a very important addition to my Saftey First policy regarding elderly dogs, and an addition to my payment policy that includes that I will no longer be able to accept checks as a payment option, unfortunately. I completely understand if any of this changes things for anyone and please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Texts or emails can be answered within 24hrs of receiving them and phone calls can take up to 48hrs to call back (or longer due to us being closed on New Years day).
I truly appreciate everyone who has supported my business and who will continue to. I always do my best to gain more knowledge and skills and I look forwarded to serving all of you in the new year. 🥰 🐩 I really hope to expand my business this year, with all the work I've been doing behind the scenes. Last minute appointments available! Hello everyone! I have two appts that have opened up this week! Wednesday the 4th at 1:30pm and Friday the 6th at 1pm.
We are also still accepting some new clients with openings in January if these two Dec appts fill up.

Please note we specialize in regularly maintained hairstyles. This means; longer length styles, breed standard styles, dogs with special needs around grooming or those looking to be on an every 8 week or less schedule. But we do still love an accept short haired breeds as well ☺️.
Some of our pricing may change from what is currently on the website come January as there will be a small general price increase across both the 1-on-1 appts and traditional appts, this is unfortunately due to increased cost in supplies and equipment, but also because of becoming an Internationally Certified Advanced Professional Groomer a couple months ago and because I'll be working through completing my International Master Groomer Certification this coming year as well. I hope that everyone understands as I am grateful to all my clients for their continued support. 🙏

UPDATE!!! This is my own personal baby! My Luna is an almost 13 year old American Cocker Spaniel with chronic skin problems due to allergies and imbalances in her body chemistry. She has been on medicated shampoo her whole life and while that worked in the past, recently the company that used to make her shampoo stopped making it and while the vet assured me the new one was the same active ingredients, there was clearly something different! She gets these puss like scabs all over her under side, all the way from her chin down to between her back legs. It causes her hair to clump up and sometimes fall out, and she ends up smelling yeasty while also being extremely itchy. Tauro products are helping to heal the yeasty scabs and skin! The first photo was taken 2 days before bathing her in the Tauro products, and the second photo was right after her first treatment and the third photo was today after her 5th bath in the following Tauro Pro Line products! 🥰 I'm so happy to see improvement again! She's feeling so so much better!

Hello! 🐶🐾 With Holidays just around the corner we want to make sure each day runs as smoothly and as stress free as possible! I want to let people know we will be SUPER busy during the end of November and all of December. Because of this we will not be able to give approximate times or guarantee when dogs will be done, and dogs may be here longer than normal, especially if we are getting interrupted or fall behind for any reason. If you know that you have somewhere to be around the same time as your pups appt, keep in mind we cannot guarantee your pup will be done before that other appt/engagement, please plan accordingly and PLEASE if you are having someone new pick-up or drop-off let us know ahead of time so that we know you've allowed this person to care for your dog and so that we have that persons name and contact information on hand. We will be verifying everyone's best form of contact at drop off and will be doing a 30-45 minute heads up text or calls to let you know when your pup will be done. Please do not arrive before receiving this call/text message! The more interruptions we have and the more rushed we feel, the more it will cause us to fall behind and cause anxiety and stress for every person and pup in the salon.

I also want to remind everyone of our policies, which were included in our service policy that each of you signed either at the beginning of this year or at the time of filling out your new client intake form. We will be enforcing our late cancelation/no-show policy, as well as our late drop-off/pick-up policy, more strictly during this time to help ensure a more smooth holiday season.
