Hello parents! We've gotten a lot of questions recently about operations due to the heat, and we wanted to provide some clarification for anyone who is curious!

-We are fully operational for outdoor play as normal, and there are several different ways we help your pets feel cool and comfy in the heat like changing out our water pails more frequently for cleaner and colder water, walking around misting the turf with the hose, and running our splash pads and misting system constantly.

-On days where the heat exceeds the low-80s, certain dogs are brought in more frequently for water breaks inside with fans and the AC on (extra-small and larger breeds, thick/multi-coated breeds, snub-nosed breeds). Anything over 86 and ALL dogs come inside and stay in our interior boarding rooms where they are free to continue their play as usual.

Please keep this in mind when bringing your campers in the next few weeks, it's going to be a warm summer and we want everyone to stay happy and healthy! As always, if anyone has any other weather-related questions feel free to call and ask!

Today we have 3 new friends joining us - Archie, Sylvie, and Blu! 🐾 They all passed their temperament tests today with ease and are having so much fun meeting all their new friends on the splash pad!
