Dillon aka ( BECACO Jokester)and I are glad to be back at work. Dillon has been on a working vacation at Sue Dawson Breeding facility and I have been doing a little Cowboying. This past weekend, OHT traveled up to Guthrie, OK for their new SHTX show., The Gathering. I could not be more proud of my junior horses. 3 year old filly, Docs Sea Streak ( Docs Sea Whiskey x Circle Bar Money Gal) owned by Will & Melanie Hullum ended up 4th in the All-Around. Placing in the top of all her events.

I didn’t forget about my little 3yr old filly owned by Will Hullum. She had a great show at the Lubbock Guns Up Stock Horse Show couple weeks ago. She ended up in top 10 in the Junior Horse All-Around. Also got her shown in her first Stock Horse cutting marking a 72. I could not be more proud of this filly. This past weekend , we made it back up to Lubbock for the Stock Horse of Texas show. I was so proud of all my horses. Becaco Jokester aka Dillon owned by Glendon Paulk ended up 4th in the Open All-Around. He has been at Sue Dawson’s breeding facility in Dickens since the first on March. Pulled in on Wednesday to pick him up & headed to Lubbock. What an amazing stud to get the chance to show.

2 of the 3, Battle in the Saddle Champions, I was fortunate enough to train & win at this event. Both those horses sold today at the Return to the Remuda Sale. 2011 champion was Royalty Return aka Marie. 2012 champion was Foremans Pick aka Striker. Hope the new owners enjoy these horses as much as I did training & showing them.

Had a great time judging HPRBA Derby and Futurity this weekend in Amarillo. Glad to have the opportunity to judge some outstanding horses and great exhibitors. Everyone of the HPRBA Breeders were represented well. Congratulations to all the winners.

As we head back to San Angelo, I couldn’t be happier with how my horses performed this weekend in Lubbock.
Becaco Jokester, left it all in the arena and marked a new high in the reining yesterday, and won a check today. Thank you, Glendon Paulk, for allowing to me show such a strong and competitive horse.
Dual Dose of Rey, showed lights out this weekend placing high in the Open both days and in Limited Non Pro class with my daughter yesterday, adding a few more dollar signs to his earning. I have to thank my daughter, Aubrey O’Neal, for letting me steal her horse for a couple of runs.

Super proud of my daughter Aubrey O’Neal and her horse Dual Dos of Rey “Boomer” , at the South Texas Rein Cow Horse show in Stephenville this weekend . They put three good runs together and placed every day. She was even nice enough to let me show him and we won three checks in the open . Great weekend!
