I feel like Meeko’s patience is out of the norm. Is your dog this patient or are they hounding you to put their bowl down?

Calcium oxalate stones are one of the most common bladder stones found in dogs. They are more common in males and in the breeds noted, but can form due to hormonal imbalances, nutritional excesses/deficiencies and with certain genetic conditions. These stones are generally rough textured and often irritate the bladder wall. They cannot be dissolved with diet as some others can. They generally need to be removed surgically.
As with any bladder or kidney stone, water is the most important nutrient for your dog. Dry foods are not appropriate for at risk pets.
If you have a male of one of the breeds mentioned above, feeding a low oxalate, high moisture content food can minimize their risk of this painful and costly condition.

There is less than 1 gram of garlic /tablespoon of Dr. Evelyn’s Nutrient Blend.
1 clove of garlic weighs about 3-7 grams on average.
For Meeko, a 10 lbs dog, to suffer from toxic levels of garlic, she would have to eat an entire garlic head. I don’t think I could eat an entire head of garlic 🧄🤢 and I don’t think she could either! 😅
Garlic provides 3 essential nutrients to the recipe:
✅ Manganese
✅ Iron
✅ Choline
Just wanted to share this product and a little bit from our recent sledding excursion.
We are not affiliated with @naturaldogcompany we’ve just been trying out this product since spring. It’s helped soothe her paws and is enjoyable to apply and store because of its convenient chapstick design.
