my rules go as followed. any type of no call no show or calling when im at your house to CANCEL or BEFORE 24 HOURS!!! appt is unacceptable!!!! there will be a $50.00 fee!!! NO QUESTIONS ASKED you can venmo me for the late fee or cash, check !!! Our job is to make your dog look fabulous and comfortable, brushing is a recommended thing for the health of the dog so the dog doesn't get matted. There's

a fee for dematting you dog if sever matts do happen.. or a shave down will acure. Any type of agressive behavior will not be tolerate. I would like to live another day. I recommend you to tell me before the groom about your dogs behavior. I can cone or muzzle a dog if needed!!! if its to nasty and starts ripping thing off for my protection to groom your dog. then i stop the groom and we can talk about the best options to go ahead futher. Any type of fleas dogs, thers a charge of 25.00 on top of your grooming price, i dont need to be bringing fleas into other clients houses!!! please tell me before the groom or the week before so i can properly prepare for your dogs discomfort and help him/ her out. then after we can talk about the next options on helping your dog and your house. skunk dogs will be 25.00 extra, it take a long time to get your smelly friend to feel better and smell alot better. i use a special type of shampoo, and also use baking soda and dawn dish soap to get the oils of skunk off your furry friend.

Respiratory Dog Virus :
First and Foremost your fur babies health and safety is the most important to me . The Virus has us all concerned . I promise you, if a dog came in to Country Paw Mobile Grooming not feeling well, I would send them home. On that note I as Country Paw Mobile Grooming are mindful and our clients are very good about cancelling if our furry friend doesn’t feel good . The precautions we are taking are excellent. extra cleaning, The table - Tub- and trailer are being cleaned before and after every dog . Im using lysol wipes and all natral spray. I have spoken to many of you personally and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
