Meet Uptown’s May Dog of the Month, LILY!!!🌷🌸💗

Lily has been with us since April of 2021, and has been the biggest delight to have with us! Here are some fun facts about Lily!❤️

✨Lily’s favorite toy is her brown nylabone

✨Her favorite place to nap is on her pink blanket, next to mom and dad on the couch🥹

✨Her favorite treat is ANYTHING with peanut butter

✨She got the name Lily from her white coat!!

Hi everyone, meet Mr. Max, Downtown’s Dog of the Month for March! 😊💙

Max has been coming to our Downtown location since September of 2019!!! Today is also special because it is his 6th birthday! Max is such a gentle loving boy, and he always makes our days with his goofy personality! Max is a Mountain Cur Mix, and his coat and brindle pattern is stunning! Max loves spending time with staff and will never pass up a treat or a kiss! 🤗 Enjoy some of these fun facts about this sweet boy!

⭐️ Max’s favorite toy is a peanut butter Kong
⭐️Max’s favorite place to nap is any and every chair in the park.
⭐️Max has many nicknames by staff, here are a few “Moo Moo, Maxy-Poo, Maximillian, and Maxy-Moo”

We are all so thrilled that we are able to have Max at our daycare for 3 days every week, and we’ve all loved getting to know his silly personality! Max is oh so very loved and we can’t wait for all the memories to come. ❣️🐾

Hi everyone, meet Miss Tillie Downtown’s Dog of the Month for February! 💓💞

Tillie has been coming to our Downtown location since August of 2019!!! We have loved having Tillie here for daycare everyday since then. Tillie is the ultimate sweetheart and loves just about everyone. She loves spending time with staff and is a BIG fan of cuddles and treats! 🤗 Enjoy some of these fun facts about this little cutie!

⭐️ Tillie’s favorite toy is any bone or chew!
⭐️Tillie’s favorite place to nap is in a humans lap, or curled up in a corner!
⭐️Tillie is also a HUGE party girl! She attends almost every party at daycare and we love the fact that we are always able to get the best photos of her! She’s quite the little model. 😉

We are all so lucky and happy that we have been able to have Tillie at our daycare for so long now, and we’ve loved getting to know her! Tillie is so loved and we can’t wait for all the memories to come. 🎀💞

MEET SONA, Uptown’s Dog of the Month for February!🥰❤️

Sona has been coming to daycare with us since January of 2021, with a total of 357 reservations!! (That’s a lot!) Sona girl has been the friendliest, lively girl! Here are some fun facts about miss Sona!😊

✨Her favorite toy is her stuffed Narwhal!
✨Her favorite treats are- anything! She loves them all!
✨Her favorite place to nap is in her dog bed by the fireplace!
✨ Her name is so unique- Sona means “happy” in Gaelic!
✨Her cool tricks she knows is shake and fetch!

Each pup will get a delightful Pup Cup, strike a pose in our adorable photo booth for a keepsake picture, and craft a special Valentine card to melt your heart. ✨EMPLOYEE HIGHLIGHT✨

Hey everyone, meet Zach!😊

Zach has been working as a park staff member at our Uptown Location since October of 2023! We asked him what his favorite part of working at City Paws and his answer was “working with all sorts of different amazing animals, and getting to know his awesome co workers!”🥰 His favorite retail item is our Kin+Kind Multisurface Spray, as it smells DELICIOUS and is used constantly for doggy accidents! What made him want to work with dogs is he’s had all sorts of animals his entire life, but never dogs!

We are so happy to have Zach as a part of our team, and so thankful for all of our team members!!🥰🫶🏻

MEET MAGGIE, Uptown’s Dog of the Month for January!🎆🥰

Maggie has been coming to daycare since June of 2023, with a whopping 146 reservations!! She has been the smiliest, loviest, cuddly little bunny to have with us!! Here are some fun facts about Maggie!☺️❤️

✨Her favorite toy is a stuffed gator or a squeaky football!
✨Her favorite place to nap is in dad’s bed in his spot!
✨Her favorite treats are anything with peanut butter
✨Her favorite games are hiding socks or the TV remote🤣

We absolutely adore Maggie and wanted to share her!!🥰💖

🌟EMPLOYEE HIGHLIGHT🌟

Hi everyone, meet Jesse! (She/her)🥰

Jesse is one of our Certified Dog Trainers and has worked with us since early summer! We asked Jesse her favorite part of being a dog trainer, and she said “seeing the before and afters of puppies and dogs”! Jesse’s favorite retail item we sell is our gentle leaders, she says they make the world of a difference when walking and training your dog!

We also asked Jesse what made her want to become a dog trainer, and she said that when she was a teen, she had a seizure and her dog automatically knew what to do, and it influenced her to teach other dogs!🥹

We are so lucky to have the amazing staff at our locations, we are so thankful for all of them!❤️

Sheba is an amazing and sweet girl who has been making a mark on all of our hearts since August 22, 2022! Sheba is everyone’s friend when she is here for daycare, and never fails to make our days! 😊 Here are a few fun facts about this cutie!

⭐️ Sheba’s favorite toy is any and every treat puzzle!
⭐️Sheba’s favorite place to nap is on the top of the bridge in her Bigs playgroup!
⭐️Sheba always enjoys laying on her back and giving us a goofy smile. :)

MEET MURPHY FINNEGAN, Uptown’s Dog of the Month for December!❤️🎄

Murphy has been a delight to have with us since July of 2021! (689 reservations to be exact!) Here are some fun facts about our very dashing boy!

✨Murphy’s favorite toy is an oversized tennis ball!
✨His favorite place to nap is a cold place on the floor!
✨His favorite treat is any type of twisted bone!
✨ A cool trick he knows is shake (but only on a good day😂)

We LOVE seeing Murphy everyday, he brightens all of our days, and wanted to share him! 🥰❤️

Our Annual Deck the Dogs Party is next Saturday, December 9th from 1-3PM at our Uptown location! We will have goodies for everyone! Pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus🎅🏼, doggy art activities, playtime for your dogs, Northland with samples and coupons, Secondhand Hounds with puppies, and lots of holiday cheer including treats for all and a hot cocoa bar for humans.🎄❤️🐶

🌟EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT🌟

hi everyone, meet John (he/him) 🤗

John is one of our Downtown receptionists and has worked at our Downtown location for 2 years! We asked John his favorite part of this job, and this is what he had to say “I love spending time with the dogs and our customers, building friendships and good relationships with the staff here is an added bonus!” Johns favorite retail item that we sell is Sally the Stingray, and he recommends that toy to any and every dog.

We also asked John what made him want to work at City Paws, he said “this job was a completely new challenge and opportunity for me, I was looking for something different.”

We are so thankful for all the work John does- he also never fails to make everyone smile. Make sure to say hi to John next time you stop in! 💘🐾

MEET WAFFLES our Uptown Dog of the Month for November!! 🥰

Waffles has been our spirited ball of joy since September 2022!! We wanted to share a few fun facts about this energetic boy!

-Waffles’s favorite toy is the Nylabone puppy dental dinosaur chew toy!
-His favorite place to nap is either on top of a pillow or on the concrete floor!
-His favorite treats are freeze dried chicken or whipped cream!
-He knows a few fun tricks: spin, paw(with both paws), and touch!

We love seeing Waffles every week, and wanted to share him!🥰❤️

Caroline is one of our front desk members, who loves seeing all of your dogs everyday! She joined our team in April, and here are some fun facts about her!

🌟Her favorite part about working at City Paws-loves working alongside our groomers, trainers and other dog professionals! She loves learning something new every day!
🌟Her favorite retail item- our Kin+Kind Stain and Odor destroyer! It smells great and she loves that is isn’t full of harsh chemicals!
🌟What made her want to work at City Paws-she never had dogs growing up, and wanted a chance to work with them! She also loves working with people, and she gets to do both here!
