Hi everyone! Please say hello to Finn and Simba, Downtown’s November ‘25 Dogs of the Month! 🍁🧸

Finn and Simba have been a part of the City Paws family since 2022. These two grew up together with us — always full of energy, personality, and love. We’ve cherished watching them play, learn, and brighten everyone’s days each week. 🐾

Recently, sweet Simba crossed the rainbow bridge. 💛 While we miss him dearly, we’re so grateful for the joy he brought to our facility and to everyone who knew him. Finn continues to carry on their playful spirit, reminding us just how special their bond was.

We’re so excited to celebrate both of these amazing boys and share some of our favorite memories and fun facts about them!

•Simba’s favorite thing to do in the park was to be the staffs right hand man! He loved helping police the other dogs, and make sure they were all on their best behavior. We will miss his helpfulness. 💓

•Finn’s favorite park activity is curling up on staff members feet. He wants to be absolutely as close as possible to them. 💓

•Simba’s favorite treat was peanut better, but he loved just about any treat! His owners said his favorite item to try to steal off the counter was raw chicken. 🍗

•Finn loves peanut butter and greenies, his favorite thing to try and steal off the counter is butter. 🧈

Losing Simba has been such a heartbreak to all of us at City Paws. His playful spirit, and the love he shared with all of us will always be treasured. Make sure to give Finn some extra love and appreciation the next time you see him — and join us in celebrating both of these incredible boys who have meant so much to our City Paws family. ⭐️🐾

Meet Archie, Lyndale’s Dog of the Month for November!! 🍗🤎

Archie has been a regular at both our Uptown and Lyndale location, and we have LOVED watching him grow!🥰 Here are some fun facts about Archie:

🤎His favorite toy is his bear that he has had since his first foster home

🤎His favorite place to nap is on the living room couch, right in the middle of it

🤎His favorite treats are cheese

🤎His favorite command is when he hears “friends” it’s time to go to City Paws

We have absolutely adored watching Archie grow with us here at City Paws, and wanted to share him!🥰

Introducing Mae, Lyndale’s Dog of the Month for October!🎃🧡

Mae has been coming to the Lyndale location since we opened, and we have absolutely ADORED having her with us! She smiles when she gets dropped off for school!🥰 here are some fun facts about her!🧡

Hi everyone! Please say hello to Josie, Downtown’s October ‘25 Dog of the Month! 🎃🍂

Josie has been a student of City Paws since December of 2024. She started at our facility as just a little puppy, and has grown up right in front of our eyes! We absolutely love getting to see Josie throughout the week, and we are so excited to share some fun facts about this crazy girl! 🩵

•Josie’s breed is a Belgian Tervuren- which is basically a cousin of the Belgian Malinois! Both have very similar body types, intelligence, and energy levels! 🐶

•Josie is a working dog. When she’s not playing with her friends at school, she is doing search and rescue to help find missing people! She takes her work very seriously, and so good at what she does. 🫶🏼

•A few of Josies favorite activities are; playing tug of war, showing off tricks, napping in the sun, long walks with her mom, and playing in the water! 🐾😊

•Josie LOVES to jump into the arms of her favorite staff members, and be carried around. Speaking of jumping, she has mastered the skill of jumping over our 7 foot fences! 🤭

Having such a special girl like Josie with us at City Paws is such a pleasure!! We have enjoyed getting to know Josie, and love having her with us at daycare each week! Make sure to thank Josie for all the incredible work she does the next time you see her! 💛⭐️

Hi everyone! Say hello to Leo, Downtown’s September ‘25 Dog of the Month! 🍎🌤️

Leo has been a student of City Paws since October of 2024. Leo actually started school at our Uptown facility, but shortly moved over to our Downtown location! Leo is an absolute angel, and we are so grateful for him! Our Downtown facility is so happy he’s come to spend his days with us. 🩵 Here are a few fun facts we wanted to share with you all about this cute guy!😉

•Leo is a rescue from the American Brittany Rescue! 🐶

•Leo’s favorite school activity is tanning, he loves nothing more than cozying up, laying in the sun. 🌞 He also loves to cozy up at home on the couch in a sunny spot… his mom said “especially after a Vikings win!”

•His favorite treat is some good classic peanut butter! 😋

Having Leo at City Paws is such a pleasure! We have enjoyed getting to see this sweet boy open up and show us more of his silly personality. ⭐️🥰 Thank you Leo for being such a fun addition to daycare!
