I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported our giving nature. It is what is in our hearts and what we are called to do. Moving forward, we will no longer be sending large care packages to anyone we feel is in need but the help is unsolicited. Normally when we do this, we send care packages in the amount of between $2,000 and $6,000. We have done this many times when there is a natural disaster and we are aware of a rescue or organization in the path of these disasters. Sadly, we send these packages and rarely even receive an acknowledgment that they have been received. Although we are not looking for praise in any of these circumstances an acknowledgment of receipt is very important to us as we feel the need to be accountable to the people who contribute and donate to us to help us reach our goals. To give an example, we sent four large, $11,000.00 retail value, shipments to organizations helping the victims of the Hawaii fires. We received only one email stating that they received our gift. Recently we have sent over $7,000 retail of our products to a couple of organizations in California. We have received absolutely no acknowledgment at all. We are not looking for praise, just a simple acknowledgment so that we can be accountable for the money that we are collecting from our generous donors. Moving forward, we will focus on helping individuals in need and rescues who reach out to us for help. We thank every single one of you who have supported our efforts.
