Lessons on your own horse $75 for one hour
*if you cancel within 24 hours you will not be charged for your lesson. If a notice is given and not in the allotted amount of time you will be charged for the whole lesson.*
We do not offer lessons on our horses
Sale of horse - 10% plus board/training
Finders fee $500 50% down balance due when you purchase
Farrier/Vet holding $10 per horse
Hauling - varies can be between $3-$5 a mile
Training board - $1250 per month
Premium training board $1400 per month includes 4 lessons
Pasture board - $500 per month
Full Board - not offered at this time
Arena haul ins no lights $5 a horse
Arena haul in with lights $10 a horse
Horse show fees
Regular show $25 this includes hay and watering your horse per day
Major show is $30 this includes hay, watering your horse and stall cleaning per day
LATE FEES: Invoices are due upon receipt on the 1st of the month. Invoices that are not paid by the 5th of the month are subject to a $10 a day late fee, to be added to the following month’s invoice. Invoices that are still not paid by the 21st of the month, are subject to an additional $25 late fee. Customers with outstanding unpaid invoices on the last day of the month will have all non-essential services (lessons, show participation, etc.) suspended until the invoice is paid in full.
