We’re back from a week camping in the Sawtooth Wilderness! Olive had a blast Kayaking, Fishing, hanging out at the hot springs, chasing chipmunks at camp & making new friends!

We added a new member to our extended family. My mom & step dad got a puppy yesterday! Everyone meet R***r, a 3 1/2 month old German Shorthair Pointer! Future hunting dog! He started his basic obedience today.

The girls (Honey & Tallow) are learning some new boundaries in the house. Since they are so young & getting ready to go through the teething phase, they’re not allowed in the kids play room. They did quite fabulous for just learning. Honey killed it! Tallow tested the limit. 🐾🥰

Mango finished sessions with us. She was easily distracted, didn’t know anything but sit & down. Now she can stay with distractions & while I move in a full circle around her. She comes well, walks on a leash better, leave it is still a work in progress in some areas but her stay is GOLDEN! #goldenretriever

What do you do After your dog has mastered The Basics? Continue training, there’s so many things that don’t “fit” into the “basic” commands of dog training. There’s also soooooo many things to teach your dog, how do you choose? Well I put together a handful of commands I teach my client dogs after they have learned the basic commands that are beneficial and productive to daily life with your dog in my new online course! After the Basics consists of Step by Step giuides and videos to help you continue training & have some fun with your dog!
