Today is a sad day. The Veterinary profession has lost a good one. Dr. Garret Zoet passed away on July 21, 2021. Garret was a colleague, partner and friend. I had the privilege of working with Garret for over 20 years. He was one of the hardest working veterinarians I have every known. He will be missed. RIP Dr. Zoet.

I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our Covid protocols. The past 18 months have been a challenge for all of us and I would like to thank you for your cooperation. Until vaccination rates in Ogle and surrounding counties get up to the 70% level (currently 42%), we will continue to limit access to our clinic and require face masks when indoors. Please inform our staff if you, your family or anyone you have had close contact with is currently sick with or tested positive for Covid in the past month. Please if you have not yet gotten vaccinated, I urge you to do it now. I really feel that it is our civic duty as a society to protect each other. Vaccines do just that! BE SAFE AND BE HAPPY!!!
