AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN 💥
We will be hosting a 2-part AKC CGC workshop August 6th @ 10am and August 13th @ 10am at our Dade City HQ. We will be going thru all 10 phases to get you ready for the test which will be August 20th @ 10am.
The 10 phases of the AKC CGC are:
- Accepting a friendly stranger
- Sitting politely for petting
- Appearance and grooming
- Out for a walk (walking on a loose lead)
- Walking through a crowd
- Sit and down on cue and stay in pla
- Coming when called
- Reaction to another dog
- Reaction to distraction
- Supervised separation
We will only be accepting a small number of dogs so register today! Cost is $250 per dog which includes:
- 2 workshop days
- 1 testing day
- AKC test fee that goes directly to the AKC
Those who pass and earn their title, will receive a ribbon and their AKC test sheet to take home 🏆
