I got experimental in the kitchen with our avocados. And it was delicious!

Zak’s Amazing Alcavofredo Sauce!!

Ingredients

3 Rancho Vallejo® Avocados
3 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 fresh basil
2 cup heavy cream
1/3 stick butter
1 whole lemon, juiced
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Salt
Black pepper

Throw all that in a blender, then warm it up on a saucepan and toss it on your favorite gnocchi or pasta!
