I serve mostly the Valley Center area with a few exceptions. When there wasn’t stock to be brought in I was still in the saddle (or ba****ck).

Exceptional animal care at your home provided by well-qualified caregiver with over 40+ years of experience with horses, livestock (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs), poultry, and pets (dogs, cats, pocket pets). Qualifications:
- Raised on a 1500 acre cattle and sheep ranch in Santa Ysabel where most days were spent in the saddle bringing in the stock. Always with my animals. Many nights spent with th

e animals during calving, lambing, kidding, and farrowing season.
- Started showing horses at 5 years old
- Showed cattle and sheep in 4H and FFA for 10 years
- Member of Large Animal Technical Rescue Team and Water Team
- Member of Emergency Response Team (experience responding to several local fires since 2008 and the Camp Fire 2018)
- Deployments: Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, Hurricane Florence
- 6 years as a Humane Officer - dealt with all types of behaviors and breeds of dogs, cats, and many other animals.
- Certified in Pet CPR
- Teach livestock and horse husbandry for 10 years
- Teach Emergency Response Team livestock handling in emergency situations
- Certified at Colorado State University Equine Academy
- Coached San Marcos High School horse judging team 2002-2004

Who says hay is just for horses!?
I was cleaning a horses hooves & heard a wrestling in the hay. I thought what the heck is that?! Whatever it was, I didn’t need it to spook the horse. I looked over to find this kitty.
He was rolling around and having the time of his life! So cute! And even better, the horse didn’t spook 😁

Marilyn, that’s Marilyn Monroe, has long gorgeous eyelashes! I am pretty sure long eyelashes are very popular these days!! She’s a natural beauty 😁

I love baby lambs! A couple of the lambs that are pictured were just born last night or early this morning so it’s their birthday! 🎂
I grew up on a cattle and sheep ranch and we ran about 400 head of Suffolk sheep. When the chores were done at night (they are never really done) I would go sit in the pen with the lambs just to be around them and watch all their antics.
They have very fun and lively personalities.
