New in the shed this Friday night are beets, round and cylinder, brussel sprouts, and pound sales tomatoes.

Beets - $2 pound or $30 bushel / $15 half bushel
Brussel sprouts $2 stalk
Tomatoes $2 pound

No bushel sales of tomatoes yet – as far as a time frame on when bushel sales will be available I have no idea, but as soon as we are able to fill orders we will let you know.

Bushel orders for beets to pickup this Friday night I'll need a text or phone call by 5pm on Thursday!

Green beans $2 pound, cauliflower $2 bunch, cukes 4 for $1, cherry tomatoes $2 pound, zucchini 25 cents a pound, broccoli $2 a bunch (container full is a bunch).

The garden will be open again tomorrow night 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

New in the shed this week, zucchini 25 cents a pound, cherry tomatoes $2 a pound, cauliflower or broccoli $2 a bunch.

We still have green beans and peas $2 a pound, and cucumber slicers 4 for $1 or 8 for $1

Perhaps next week I'll have produce pictures, but now it's Dexter impatiently waiting for me to be done.

The garden will be open tomorrow night, Friday, July 26th, 6:30pm to 8pm. Produce available, peas, beans $2 a pound, cucumber slicers 8 for $1. Bushel sales also available, $30 full bushel, $15 half bushel, plus tax on all produce. Please call or text for bushel availability or stop out. Dexter is definitely smiling, happy we are open.

Time has flown by since I got home from the hospital and Dexter has been sticking close by me ever since. I am trying to find a new normal and listening to the doctor. For every minute I spend busy I need a minute of rest. So if I am walking or practicing exercises for 30 minute it's rest for 30. I am allowed an “active” rest but.... yes it's been abused. I am doing in home OT and PT and working hard.

Galen is working harder as he's been busy weeding up a storm. It's never ending. The past two weekends he's had some people helping for which we ar grateful. If anyone wants fresh air and exercise this weekend text me.

Dexter was totally thrilled to have her home and didn't leave her side.

Terry Tabatha and Allison came to visit Mary Ann today.

An escape attempt was made...busted at the elevator by one of Mary Ann's physical therapists.

Mary Ann continues to do well with therapy. Counting down the days until she is strong enough to finish recovery at home. However they don't give us an estimated time. It will come soon enough!

Mary Ann UPDATE:

First 2 pictures are from Monday before Mary Anns staples were taken out last one is 4 days later (Thursday). She continues to do well with therapy and getting stronger every day.

Eeny meeny miny moe....Mary Ann can't decide her favorite part of her birthday
Dexter's visit to Sanford (good surprise from Galen) or Kolt Kane and kymber singing to her during their visit.
When the we (Britny, Tyler and the kids) left she was still doing Eeny meeny miny moe.....

She does want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes and cards.

Look in comments for video of kids as Facebook won't allow me to add video and pictures at the same time....

UPDATE ON MARY ANN:

After a long weekend in the acute care, Mary Ann was transferred to a room in the rehab unit. Her new room number is 4318. It was a great way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary receiving room service❤️.

Mary Ann has been downgraded (which is great)! She went from icu to acute care. It's the tiny steps that keep her going! Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers keep them coming!!

Don't know how Grace fit in the bed...good thing she's petite! Dexter got some good snuggles last night!

No update as of yet on Mary Ann- Dr's still not in yet to do rounds.

Final update of the evening!

Mary Ann is out of surgery as of 630pm. Everything went as good as the surgeon could ask for! They don't expect her to become fully awake until sometime tmrw due to the length of anesthesia. She will remain in the ICU over night as she wakes up. They will do rounds and give an update for us in the morning!

We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers and will give updates as far as when she gets to her room and when she will be up for visitors.

UPDATE:

As of 1pm phase 1 of 2 was complete. They started phase 2 at 1:45p.m. as of 2:15 phase 2 was going as planned and Mary Ann continues to behave!

Keep those thoughts and prayers coming!

Also update as of 2pm...Galen was finally getting a little rest! Lord knows he needs it as it can be emotionally draining on the spouses and family too!

Thank you for the continued thoughts and prayers! They are working. We have received a few updates and surgery continues to go well and as planned.

They started operating around 940 a.m. and most recent update was at 1130 a.m. that Mary Ann is tolerating everything well and surgery is progressing as expected.

So happy to receive this picture this morning of Megan, Gabe and Grace spending time with Dexter at the garden. Hoping that with people staying with him keeps his spirits up while Mary Ann is away! He sure love Gracies attention!

Mary Ann is currently back in having surgery on her neck. This has been something on going for quite a few years now. We finally have answers and hoping for Mary Ann to get some relief!

We have a team of people who are helping us out with keeping Galen pre-occupied(Tabitha and Becky), taking care of Dexter at the garden and keeping everyone updated(Britny)

We will give periodic updates as we receive them from the medical staff. Alls we need is extra prayers as the surgery is projected to be between 8-10 hours long. Please understand she will not be by her phone until she is comfortable in her room and may not feel up to responding everyone for quite sometime. This is why we have people updating on Facebook and those by messages as we receive the updates!

She is having surgery at Sanford and has a fantastic surgical team on board with her.

I wanted everyone to know that I will be having surgery in the morning at Sanford. I have a team of people who will be updating Facebook and via text as they receive them from the medical staff.

We will go into further details tomorrow but as of now tonight I have to shut my mind off and get a good night's sleep.

New last week were sweet banana peppers 5 for $1 Check out the video this little pup loves the banana peppers. I have my fingers crossed that the video will work!!
