Our Story

EGGS: If you haven't had them, true free-range eggs from chickens that roam around eating grass and crickets and worms and seeds are remarkable. StoneHill Farms' eggs range in size from medium to extra-large, and range in color from dark, dark chocolaty-brown (from the Marans) to a light pinkish tan and even to pastel greens, blues and yellows from the Aracaunas. We also have a few white eggs from our Leghorns. Every dozen eggs comes in a variety of shades (depending on what the girls are laying that day) and sizes, generally medium and large. Jumbo eggs are sometimes available upon request (these do not fit in regular egg cartons). Our organic eggs an be picked up at our farm in Van Alstyne at your convenience 6 days a week (Sunday - Friday)! Just contact us to place your order. *These eggs are unfertilized.
