SECRET SANTA DOG TOY EXCHANGE!!!! Not a scam!!!!
This is super easy and so fun! Worst case is I’m making a dog happy by sending them a toy - what can be better than that? All are welcome to join!
I’m looking for dog owners interested in a holiday gift exchange. Doesn’t matter where you live in the U.S., you are welcome to join! You have to buy one gift valued at least $10 and send it to your secret dog. (Hello Amazon!). Your dog will receive 6-36 gifts in return. And the great thing is you can keep them or donate them! A present will brighten their day (and the owners too). We could all use some happy mail.

Posting this for friends. Can you help?
I have two sweet foster pups that are looking for their forever homes. These “friends” (appropriately named Phoebe and Rachel) are goofy gals that love to play with each other and their squeaky toys! They like to snuggle as much as they like to play, and are homebodies at heart that enjoy walks around the neighborhood. You may notice they look uniquely different, and that’s because they have an inherited condition called dermatomyositis that affects their skin and muscles. They are currently in remission with a simple treatment plan, and just need some extra love in the form of providing oral medication. They are both spayed and are just over a year old. Beau turned 5 years old yesterday, and River and Tiva were invited to his party!

Beau is an Australian Shepherd who has the most amazing, committed, loving dog mama you could ever imagine. Beau is one of those special dogs, almost perfect....but that wasn't always true. He had a rough start and on the edge of being kicked out of daycare for fighting and resource guarding. Beau’s owner reached out to me when she rescued him at 10 months old. He was a high-energy, wild teenager with a rap sheet. He tore up every book, photo album, pillow and stuffed animals he could find and that was one afternoon!

To modify Beau’s behavior, we did in-home training sessions, Board N Train, and daycare. We worked on training new behaviors, setting boundaries, providing mental stimulation, establishing consequences for good and bad behavior, REWARDING him for making good choices, and having FUN getting to know what makes him tick!

Beau is a well balanced, happy boy living the good life with loving guidance. Happy birthday Beau!
