👋🏼Greeting hoomans… My name is Brody and I'm a super chill 7-year-old handsome boy. I have so many GREEN 💚flags, yet I am still here at the shelter. I am pretty sure it is because of my size. But, I can assure you I am a gentle giant, who wants to learn, love and relax.

One day a really nice lady took me to the Farmers Market, and it sure was fun. I smelled so many foods and hoomans, even the little ones. I loved getting pets while I was there!

But here's the thing, I've been at the shelter since JANUARY and it's getting pretty lonely here🥺. Don't get me wrong, the staff are amazing and they take great care of me. But what I really want is to be on a comfy couch, snuggled up with my people, watching TV or just hanging out.🐾🥰

This is the coolest part!! My adoption fee is waived AND a really sweet person that volunteers here and takes me on walks, has generously paid for some extras services for me; flea, tick & heartworm preventative for a YEAR, a yearly heartworm test, and all of my annual vaccines. It’s wonderful because I can come back to HSVB to see everyone every once and a while!

This is Bennie. He is a 2 year old kitty with cerebellar hypoplasia and epilepsy. He runs, he plays, he jumps up on things and loves his feline brothers and sisters. He does everything any other kitty does it just takes him a little bit longer sometimes. He is the reason my wife and I started Bennies Sanctuary. We now adopt exclusively special needs kitties. We currently have 17. I would like to ask for your help. We ensure all these babies have the best food, and veterinary care possible. If you would like to make a donation or purchase a chewy gift card to help out, the kitties and we would be very grateful. We are working on getting 501c charity status but do not have it just yet. Hi everyone! My name is Tony "Tiger". Im in my new furever home at Bennies Sanctuary for Special Needs Kitties. I have a spinal cord injury so my back legs dont work very well and I dont know when im going potty. My new human papa said hes going to do everything he can to help me get a little better.
