….RESERVATIONS
I keep my customer base as small as possible so that my services are more readily available to my customers.
Don’t loose your spot…
If you wish to book a time slot, 1/2 of the total service fee is due at the time the reservation is made. You DO NOT have a reservation or commitment of service until this is paid. Sometimes waiting until you have a meet and greet, or delaying making a decision to book and pay your deposit, may result in your desired time slot being booked by another customer. Bookings are made on a first contact, first paid status.
This can be paid via Cash, Zelle or Venmo. For established customers, checks will be accepted.
There are NO refunds of your paid deposit if you cancel your reservation for any reason.
The balance is due in CASH at the end of the service (your return home) or you may pay in full at time of reservation.

…RATES
- 🐱 No partial day discounts provided. A partial day (less than 24 hours) is billed as a full 24 hour day rate. [Example…if you book 7/1-7/3 you will be billed for 3 days, even if I arrive at 11:00am on 7/1 and leave at 10:00am on 7/3]
- 🐶 1 pet (over age of 2) $55.00 per day
- 🐰 Each additional pet (over age of 2) $20.00 per day
- 🐷 Special needs may incur additional fees but will be disclosed before a reservation is made.
- 🐥 1 puppy (under 2 years of age) $100.00 per day.
Discounted rates may be provided for households with multiple pets of various ages and breeds. Please contact me for a quote.
There may be some breeds, ages, temperaments, conditions I am not comfortable caring for. Before or after our meet and greet I will make this decision. It would be unfair to all if I am not comfortable caring for your pet(s) for whatever reason.
I do not physically handle pets without fur or feathers. I will however, provide the nutritional care they need.
Tips are not not expected but very much appreciated.

…OWNER PROVIDES
- Comfortable, clean and safe sleeping accommodations for sitter.
- One case of bottled water (any brand) per week.
You may provide food and snacks as you desire for the sitter. This is not required but appreciated. Or, you may offer financial compensation to cover food expenses.
- Wi-Fi code for home.
- All pet food, treats, waste baggies, leash, brush, and medication.
- Local emergency contact information of a person available during your time away.
- All veterinary information.
- Access to the home via a key pad code (if customer uses a keypad entry) AND a key to be used should there be a power outage or battery issue.
- Contact for swimming pool issues should issues happen such as overflow due to excessive rain.
- Hurricane protection of all windows and doors. I do not install shutters. Hurricane supplies for 5 days during season. I will stay in your home during any hurricanes if you are NOT in a mandatory evacuation zone and it is safe to stay in your home. Otherwise, I will take you pet with me to a safe location. I will not send your pet to a Hurricane pet shelter or leave your pet alone.
- Reveal to sitter any camera systems active in or around the home to protect the modesty of the sitter. Cameras are fine and not an issue if there is decency in placement.

…SITTER PROVIDES
- House Sitting
- Plant watering when requested and as needed.
- Mail and package retrieval.
- Manage Trash and Recycle cans for pick up.
- Full pet service (TLC, walking, brushing (no nail trimming), play time, waste clean up, feeding, cooking of food (if required), medication administering (if required) and bathing upon request or in a situation that requires it.

>If your pets are used to sleeping in bed with you, no worries. Im happy to allow them to sleep with me.
>I will take care of your home and pet(s) with the utmost care, love and respect. I never allow any other person to enter your home unless cleared in advance with you. I only access areas of your home needed for my stay and your pet’s needs. Use of laundry area and supplies may be needed depending on length of stay. No house cleaning services are included. However, I will cleanup after myself and your pet(s) and return your home in its original condition. If time allows, all used bedding and towels will be washed and all trash removed.
>Daily pictures and videos will be sent to you of your beloved pet(s).
>Face timing is also available.

…ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
With 24 hour care, there may be an occasion where I leave your home and pets to go to lunch, dinner or run a quick errand. Of course your pets are my main concern and would only leave them briefly if it is safe to do so.
