Hampton Roads Obedience Training Club (HROTC)

Hampton Roads Obedience Training Club (HROTC) non-profit organization Our training classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings between 5 and 9 p.m. throughout the year.

HROTC was established in 1947 with the following objectives:
�To create a stronger bond of companionship between people and their dogs.
�To conduct training classes for the preparation to compete in obedience trials.
�To encourage sportsmanlike competition. Training is currently being held at 4452 Hinsdale Street, VA Beach, VA 23462. Courses are five weekly sessions with generally one or two weeks

between each course. The cost for the course is a very reasonable $90.00, and once you have completed two five-week courses, you are invited to join the club. The annual dues are $25.00 for an individual, and $30.00 for family each family member living in the same household. Once you are a member, the training fees are $25.00 per session, per dog, with a stipulation that you volunteer 10 hours per year at our events or serve as a club officer. We are sure you will agree that obedience training is FUN and the best gift you can ever give your dog and your family. Come out and enjoy the company of fellow enthusiasts.
