We've not been out and about as much as usual. But, got to share some treats today with Range Regional Animal Rescue . If you're ready for a new dog in your family, they have some great ones!

Pie time!

Pies will be in the delivery box by 10am tomorrow. Feel free to pickup whenever. You can leave payment in the box, PayPal, Venmo, check, whatever works best.

It's cold so, no worries about them being outside too long!

Reminder as always... No preservatives so fridge or freezer please!

And, we were able to bring pies and drop off our first cash donation from those that already picked up to the The Mesabi Humane Society ! Thank you for purchasing, it helps us to be able to help them!

Reminder: there are many great dogs and cats ready to be your best friend for their whole life at all of our area shelters!

We are going to be getting ready for pickups.

If you wanted to pickup tomorrow afternoon at my office in Virginia I could make that work but please let me know ASAP.

Or there's the delivery box in Eveleth that I can put them in on Thursday or Friday and they can be picked up anytime. It's certainly cold enough!

Please send me a text, let one of us know, message, comment, carrier pigeon... Whatever works!

Just a reminder that we need any and all orders in this weekend. Dog size pies are fussy little things so once we won't have the same flexibility for adding orders.

After polling some of our dog taste testers the decision for the Christmas treat this year...

Homemade pie!

Our fundraising effort this time will be for The Mesabi Humane Society

This pie is made with honeycrisp apples cooked in a apple cider reduction in a little dog size crust.

(Picture of the pumpkin pie coming soon.)

To be able to ensure a donation to the humane society, cost will be $5 per pie.

All orders must be in by December 17th.

If you didn't pick up your cupcakes yesterday, you're going to have some color bleed from the sprinkles.

Due to the moisture in the containers, it naturally happens after a day or so.

Little less pretty but they still taste the same!

Did you forget something?

We still have a couple of people that we've not heard from regarding pickups.

And I still have some in my delivery box.

I do have ice in there to keep things cool but, being that we bake without preservatives or sugar... We don't want to keep them hanging around much longer.

Any orders that aren't picked up by the end of the day will move to the freezer. Please let us know!

Eveleth pickups! There are still a few bags in our delivery box. If you are not picking up by tomorrow morning, please let me know. Tomorrow is going to be warm so I need to know who's are going in the house, in the freezer, or in a cooler.

If you are picking up in Eveleth today, your order will the in delivery box outside my house.

I will run to hibbing tomorrow afternoon. I'll post a time and place tomorrow.

If you have other arrangements with us, no problem, we'll have that covered!

If you don't pick up by tomorrow we will move yours to the freezer.

Remember:

These are treats so don't let your dog overdo it!

There are no preservatives so please refrigerate or freeze.

If you haven't responded to our posts about where you'd like to pickup, try to let us know by the end of the day where you'd like your treats.

Payment is available through PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check. Whatever is easiest for you!

Last thing...

We have never had this many orders for one sale, ever.

If we missed something, please let us know.

If your decorating is a little off, we apologize! We promise they will still taste good! But things got late, we had a little help, etc. We did a little learning on how to better prepare for orders this size.

We have new packaging that seems to be great, let us know if there are any problems there!

And, we appreciate you. Our prices were raised for this event and due to this, we'll be able to do some sizeable donating after we cover our costs.

We'll be ready to start pickups later this evening.

Here's the options: you can pickup in Virginia tomorrow from 12-4

You can pickup from Eveleth anytime. I can put a cooler outside and you can grab them whenever you like. (That's available anytime).

I'm willing to do a run to hibbing late afternoon on Friday.

Please communicate with us when you'd like to pickup and we'll make it work!

We are beyond surprised about the amount of cupcakes that have been ordered so far!

If you want to be in on this week's order, please us know today.

Any orders after today will have to be for the following week.

Barkery friends,

You may have heard about the puppy found in the ditch outside of Mountain Iron by one of the Barkery's friends?

Her name is now Karma and she's at the U of M having surgery. She had a broken femur but was still all wags when a human that could help found her.

The GoFundMe is still short of what they need for her care so we'd like to help.

We will be making a caramel and vanilla flavored pupcake which we will be selling for $5. A bit higher than our normal price but, we will be donating 100% of the profits to Karma's care. (Anything over and above will go to the local shelter). We will also donate a pupcake to each dog that's waiting for a human to come adopt them.

Comment on our post or reach out to one of us to order. Hoping for a pickup date of about a week (we need to order a couple of ingredients, dog safe caramel flavoring isn't the easiest find! )

Karma gets her leg fixed up

And we'll make sure the shelter dogs get a yummy cake too!
