It's NATIONAL DOG DAY!

What better way to celebrate than with this last remaining fella! He's the perfect mix of being affectionate while also letting people know he's around. He's been rocking the potty training and our girls really enjoy playing with him! He's vet checked, vaxxed, dewormed and comes with AKC papers. He's ready to go to his new home! 🐾

🤩 These 3 are having the best time playing outside with each other but they are still looking for fur-ever homes! Hoss is a champagne male, Ozzy is a black male and Onyx is a black female (verbally committed to). They are 9 wks old (8/24) and are vet checked, vaxxed, dewormed and come with AKC papers.

OH, did we forget to mention that August is National Dog Month?! 🐾

Pups have started going to their fur-ever homes but we've got 5 incredible babes still available. 1 champagne male, 1 charcoal male, 2 black males and 1 black female. Pups totally rocked their vet appt today and all are in excellent health and given clearance to go home on time, this weekend! The vet could tell just by the pups demeanor that they've played with and loved on plenty! They were cool, calm & collected during the entire visit! 😎🐾 They've been getting quite a bit of outside time and they are loving it!

7 weeks old yesterday 😍 They're getting so big and can go home next weekend already! These sweet babies are still available so give us a shout to set up a time to see them. They will have been vet checked, vaxxed and come with AKC paperwork. They have a huge advantage with a jump start on bell training to go potty! 🐾

6️⃣ wks old today! They get vet checked on Monday already. Time sure has flown and 6 wks doesn't seem long ago. These sweeties can go home in 2️⃣ wks already! GUESS WHAT?!?!?!? Our Jade x Rogue litter has arrived! We've got 11 beautiful pups! 2 black females, 2 yellow females, 1 silver female, 3 black males, 2 yellow males and 1 charcoal male. We are absolutely in love! 😍 Look at these cuties!

💥💥Exciting NEWS! Jade and Rogue are expecting their first litter! They are due late June/early July and have the capability to produce ALL COLOR combos!🤩

We're SO excited to see what these 2 produce and ready for puppy snuggles! 🐾

Looking for a home:

We are helping to rehome a this beautiful 2 year old male. His mother is from Silver Lining Labradors. He is AKC registered and Nuetered. Currently residing in NE Iowa until we find him a permanent residence. He has a great demeanor and very happy. Would ideally like to see him to a good home on the farm or in the country as that’s what he’s used to. please contact us if you would like to schedule a visit and meet him.

Hey Everyone,

It’s been a little while since we have posted as life has been busy. We do have a planned breeding for Spring 2024 which would produce all colors of puppies (Black, Chocolate Yellow, Silver, Charcoal, Champage) so stay tuned for that! Here is a picture of the the parents for the the planned breeding.

We've had a few inquiries recently regarding future litters. Some of you had reached out sometime within the past year and we had told you there would be a Spring 2023 litter.

Sadly, there will not be a Spring 2023 litter after all. With Jewel's last heat cycle a couple months ago, we noticed some things that were off from previous heat cycles, and the breeding didn't take.

After a couple months of back and forth vet visits with 3 different facilities and 4 different vets working with her, it was determined that Jewel had an issue with her uterus that required extensive surgery and loss of reproductive parts. It was quickly becoming a matter of life or death for her as she was starting to decline in health. Her surgery was just this last Friday and we are already seeing improvement in overall health so we are incredibly thankful.

We know some of you were looking forward to a pup this spring, as were we as a family. Now for some more pawsitive news: our next up and coming female, Jade (from Jewel's last litter), should be ready to go this fall! We will keep you all updated with any future litters between Jade and our male, Rogue. This litter would have a variety of colors to choose from.🐾

UPDATE: thank you everyone for your wonderful suggestions, we've decided to name him Rogue! Watch for updates on our newest cutie!

Hey world-- meet our newest addition to the Silver Lining fam!

He's an 8 wk old yellow male that will help us with future litters!

Here's the catch----- he desperately needs a name! We've had him since Sunday and we're riding the struggle bus with a name.

Maybe you can help us?! We want a strong male name, prefer one syllable but will consider others, and nothing super mainstream/common like Duke, Bear, etc.

We've considered names like Chief, Hoss, Zeus, Thor, Creed, etc if that helps!

We've been getting SO many inquiries about available puppies and future litters--

At this time, we do not have any available puppies as our most recent litter have all found and gone to their forever homes.

We do not anticipate another litter for a minimum of 12 months, but probably closer to the 18 month time frame.
