Zailey Jade and the House of Scruffies The misadventures of Zailey Jade and The House of Scruffies. My name is Zailey Jade and I was rescued from a high kill shelter in Arkansas called Pine Bluff.

Now, Pine Bluff had lots of wonderful loving volunteers but it is no place for any pup to stay, and they do kill for space. Rescue Road stepped in and I went into foster care with my amazing first mama Lauren, they called me Samantha and I was just a tiny little pup! I was a very good girl and made lots of friends, of the fur and human types, but big things were waiting for me up in Boston. As har

d as it was to say goodbye and get on that scary bus I knew I had to be brave. I rode a bus up to meet this big huge family called Last Hope K9 Rescue, they save lots of pups just like me. My mama picked me up at the quarantine facility on July 2, 2013. She was just going to foster me until I found my forever family but the second she got me in her arms I knew and she knew that I was home. She adopted me officially on July 10 and I became Zailey Jade.

Say Hello to Zaena, Zailey and Zander! Three scruffy little dreamboats who turned out one of my favorite photo shoots of all time! I think the best part about this photo is that it looks like they’re a super mega hit boy band from the late 90’s and this is the cover shot for their new album ‘Bark At Your Heart’. Featuring such hits as ‘Will I Ever Find the Bacon?’, ‘Take Me Outside (For Love)’ and ‘Can I P*e On That?’. I felt super star struck even just shooting this photo. :P
