Gordy came for a 2 week obedience boot camp. He worked so hard during his orientation he fell asleep in the heel position at the end. Gordy improved very much here and enjoyed his time with the other dogs and staff.

14 week old "Tucker" was here for a 4 day Puppy boot camp. He had way too much fun playing with the other dogs. He did have time to work on his obedience skills

13 year old "Skipper" has been a boarding client for 8 years. He will be moving to the Chicago area to "Retire". Thanks Skipper for being a loyal customer.

We do offer "Private Lessons" also here at Ivy League. If a stay and train is not what you are able to do we can do a Hour Private Lesson. We can get you and your Dog working together and give a start on understanding how to get started with the right program.

This is Tiki a yellow Lab that had a number of bad habits and was not the best at leash walking. After one lesson Tiki and her owners were working more as a team and Tiki enjoyed her new drills she learned

Zaphod is a Newfoundland but still a "Puppy" . "Newfie's" are interesting dogs and obedience training is very important as they can weigh 180 pounds .............Zaphod enjoyed training here and did very well. He worked so hard at his owner's orientation afterwards he literally passed out.

Nosler is a German Shorthair that was trained here a year ago. Here is a recent photo a few days ago as he boarded here and was out doing some bird work.

We don't just train Hunting Dogs...............This is Charlie........Border Collie/Husky/etc./etc. Charlie was here as a Puppy and now finished a 1 week obedience boot camp. Charlie is very bright and eager to learn.

This is Rocky, a Silver Lab that came here for a boot camp a couple weeks ago. He was a great student and eager to learn. He will definitely be hunting well this fall.

Yes, we do train Small Dogs. This is Finn, a Maltese Cross. He stayed with us for a 4 day puppy boot camp and really impressed his owners when it was time to go home.

Golden Retriever Puppy "Nova" Completed a Hunting Boot Camp with us last month. You have to love a "Golden" she progressed well and her owners were quite proud.

This is 3 year old Ivy. She is a Wirehair/Munsterlander Cross. She came to us for Bird work as she was a great Hunter but would not retrieve birds. She did very well and as you can see She is retrieving quite well.

This is Remi (nick named at Ivy League "Scrappy") She is a Labradoodle that was here for a Puppy Hunting Bootcamp. At only 13 weeks is already on her way to being a great dog!

Great Dane Aurora is still "A Puppy" so a 1 week Puppy Boot Camp was a perfect fit. Dane's are interesting dogs that do well here for training as it gets them handled by different people in multiple situations. Aurora's owner was impressed by her progress

This is "Ace" a Rottweiler/German Shepherd/ Lab cross. He is going to be a "Big" Boy soon and early training was a wise decision by his owners. With the working Dog heritage Ace has he truly enjoyed training here. He did like puppy "Recess" the best.

We have had a number of "Spring Puppies" Complete Puppy Boot Camps recently. This is Bear a German Shepherd who stayed with us for Training. Shepherds's do well with early and continued training as they enjoy the challenge. Bear was definitely a good example!

This is Sadie, a Labrador from the Minneapolis area that will be 13 in May. Sadie started with us when she was 6 months old in 2011 and usually comes to us once a year when her family is vacationing. The young people pictured here are now in High School and College.
