The Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter in Wantagh, NY, has many dogs that are waiting to be adopted. Please come down to the shelter to meet them. Dogs receive required inoculations, are neutered/spayed, microchipped and evaluated for health and behavior before adoption. The shelter requires a meet&greet with household members (dogs and people).
