We had to reschedule the routes due to some electrical issues and growing pains as we transition into our new facility.

Please, please, please be patient with us! We are trying our hardest to supply you all with raw!

The routes are posted below:

Illinois/Iowa — Saturday November 7th
Kansas/Oklahoma —TBD
Texas — TBD

I wish I could give you all a date on the other routes at this time but I hate to make a date and not be able to keep it. I’ll be notifying everyone of the route dates after this weekend.

Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding getting the power hooked up to our machinery at the new facitility I regret to inform you that we are going to have to push all routes back one week.

Good morning!

The meeting with the green tripe supplier went good! Unfortunately he can’t supply we with as much as we need. We are still on the hunt and working hard to get things back up and running.

Please be patient with us as we transition into our in house process. We will begin processing our blend again tomorrow with the green tripe, we will have it available for pick up only beginning this Friday for all who are interested!

We will be releasing a product list with pricing tomorrow!

We are working on getting deliveries back up and going, but need to figure out the tripe situation completely first. We’ll keep you all updated!
