Currently built for comfort. Training for speed(ish).

Zipper is a 2-year-old Miniature Australian Shepherd with a permanent happy face and enough joy to power a small city. She’s about 30 lbs right now and aiming for a healthier 15–20 lbs, which means she’s starting her Less Snacks, More Zoomies era—and she needs a foster to be her personal trainer (but, like, the nice kind).

Zipper’s vibe:

• 🐶 Loves other dogs, especially the calm ones who won’t body-check her into cardio
• 🎾 Enjoys playtime, but appreciates breaks for cuddles and emotional support

Introducing Rivers! 💕 Rivers is an absolutely precious 13-week-old Boston Terrier mix who will steal your heart the second you meet her. With her sweet little face, expressive eyes, and those perfectly perky ears, she is pure puppy perfection. She’s on the smaller side now and we expect her to be around 30 lbs fully grown.

Rivers is as lovable as she is adorable — super sweet, affectionate, and always ready for a good snuggle. She has the best easy-going personality and takes everything in stride. Car rides? She loves them. Playtime? Absolutely. Cuddle time? Her favorite. She has a wonderful moderate energy level and does a great job playing and then settling right in for some cozy downtime.

She does beautifully with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her a fantastic fit for just about any family. Rivers is crate trained and already doing well with house training — such a smart little girl! Introducing Yin! 💙 Yin is an absolutely adorable little Chihuahua with the sweetest, most expressive eyes and a gentle face that just melts your heart. At only 8 lbs, he’s the perfect lap-sized companion, and he clearly knows it — he loves being held, carried, and tucked right into your arms. His soft coat, petite frame, and calm, loving demeanor make him impossible to resist.

Yin is 10 months old and is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He’s friendly and easygoing, does well with kids, cats, and other dogs, and truly just wants to be close to his people. He has that perfect mix of curiosity and cuddle-bug energy, making him a wonderful addition to almost any home.

He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a forever family who will spoil him with love (and plenty of snuggles). Yin may be small, but his heart is huge — and he’s ready to give it to his forever person. 🐾💕

EMERGENCY INTAKE! It’s not New Years without an emergency, of course. We just got a call from one of our shelter contacts about this girl. Without emergency help, she will not make the weekend. That leg is in bad shape and very infected. I’m arranging transport for her right now.

We also need some help funding this one. I’m supposed to wait until we have funds to tell the shelter that we are taking her, but I am not leaving her sitting in a shelter dying from an infection on a concrete floor. Please help.

Meet Marsha — a tiny little heart-stealer with the sweetest soul 🐾😍 At just 12 weeks old, this Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix is still small and dainty, and we expect she’ll stay on the smaller side at around 35 lbs full grown. With her soft black coat, floppy ears, and gentle expression, she has that irresistible “pick me up and never put me down” kind of charm.

Marsha is incredibly bright and already showing off just how smart she is. She’s calm, cuddly, and wonderfully mannered for such a young pup. She enjoys being close to her people, learns quickly, and aims to please. She does great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and is crate trained while making excellent progress with house training.

She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a forever family who will cherish her sweet, loving nature. Marsha may be small, but she has a huge heart — and she’s ready to give it to her forever home. 🤍
