Y’all, I just got a call about this starved pup. She was found dumped in a crate in a bad neighborhood. In good news, she’s alert, wants to eat, and she can still wag her tail! But she’s got a lot of recovering to do. She’s been this way for a long time. Her nails were a mile long, and she has sores from when she got too weak to stand up. But she also has s***k, and I hope that it pulls her through.

She’s a touch shy at first, but once she feels safe, her playful and silly side shines through. Clover is also a smart little pup who already knows “sit” and will sometimes sass you back in the cutest way. She gets along beautifully with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her an easy fit for just about any family.

The five sweet puppies who were on the euthanasia list last week are officially OUT of the shelter and safe! 🐾❤️ Thanks to your incredible support and For the Love of Dog LLC, they now have the chance to know love, safety, and a future filled with hope.

We cannot thank you enough for donating, sharing, and standing with us to fight for their lives. Together, we turned their story from heartbreak to freedom!

WARNING! GRAPHIC PHOTOS! We received a call from one of our trainers about a dog found covered in large, but luckily not deep, wounds. The only thing the vet could think of that could cause this is if she were tangled or tied in sharp wire and had to fight her way out! She even has a wound on her tongue!

This poor girl has been through hell. She is so lucky she was found fairly quickly, and has not developed a bad infection. But she needs antibiotics and time to heal. The vet says the wounds are so wide, there is not enough there to stitch together.

Fortunately a foster stepped up and offered to keep Powder as she heals. We sure could use some help with her vet bills if you can though. Thank you all for helping us help them.
