So true.
I have 2 female jack russells available for adoption. I would say they are ‘rescue’ dogs because they need to be adopted by someone who is willing and able to ‘rescue’ a dog.
Rescuing takes patience, more patience and patience 😄
The 2 dogs are both 1 year old
* Both female
* one is already spayed, smooth coat.
* the other dog can be spayed before adoption, broken coat.
* up to date on required vaccines, monthly treatment for ticks/fleas.
*they do not need to be adopted together.
* no adoption fee
* NOT MBF dogs but I own them now.
* They do not like men, very wary of people initially, would not be suitable around children.
They are both kind little dogs, no growling, biting etc but they are very wary of people.
Love to go for walks, off leash.
They would definitely need a fenced yard.
They are ok in the house, definitely not fully trained but do well in a crate.
I have worked with them for about 6 months and they have come a LONG way but they have a way to go before I would consider them adjusted.
They need a kind person/women, with a quiet home and a fenced yard, who is in no hurry to fix these girls as it won’t happen fast.
They will come around but slowly.
They lived the first part of their lives isolated in a kennel and had no socialization and it shows. Change is scary to them.
I don’t have a quiet home and I don’t have the ability to bring them in any more, they need someone who has time and understanding.
If you have what is needed and feel you would like to help one of these little dogs to blossom pm me and we can talk.
Pictures will be PM’d only for privacy
