This is a bittersweet post for me. Today is my last day as the owner of . I want to thank all my wonderful, amazing clients, friends and family. It was an amazing few years and I am so honored that I have been able to earn a living and support my life with the best job ever! I will miss everyone and do my best to continue saying goodbye, but it is time to start a new chapter in a new state. Cheers to the future ❤️ love you all!
Meet Nala ! She’s a sweet shy girl who enjoys snuggling with her lamb chop and looking out my window. Her parents are getting married this weekend so she gets to stay with me while they celebrate.

“How do we comfort our dogs so they don’t get scared”
Answer very simply put… you don’t! Babying them, coddling them, telling them it’s ok in a super sweet voice does not help them. You are basically telling them it’s ok to be shaky and shivery when I know that’s not what you’re actually trying to tell them. Best results I’ve had with clients and our family dogs is to crate them and turn the lights off in that room. It will create a safe environment as their crate is already their little home.
If a crate is not available, try shutting the door to a room and leaving them in there(if they won’t destroy it). Now I’m not a trainer or dog whisperer by any means, but again please please please do not baby them, coddle them or hold them. It will lead to more shivering and shaking behavior, which could have long term affects. They may never like fireworks, most of them don’t… but at least this way you can help them get through the night.
Also please remember to bring your babies inside. You don’t want them running away trying to get away from the noise.

Next couple days I get to spend with Colombo !! But it’s especially exciting because his humans are getting married 🎉❤️ I’ve known this family for years and I’m so happy to be able to help them with their fur baby.
Guinness and Islay are exhausted just listening to my crazy summer… because as of yesterday, is officially booked for the summer !!! Thank you to all my clients who have trusted my with their babies and have kept me so busy ☺️🐶

Whew! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted. Life has been hectic and crazy, but I am so thankful my clients have truly been there for me ❤️ I have been hanging with current babies as well as new ones that have joined our crazy family.

Meet Amara! This sweet spunky 8 month old Pomeranian puppy is here for an extended stay while daddy goes away for a few weeks! In this time we are going to learn sit and stay as well as be completely house broken.
