Lemon cake that melts in your mouth! Incredibly delicious and easy

Ingredients:
Butter (soft) - 120g / 4.2oz
Sugar - 200 g / 1 cup
Salt - a pinch
Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Eggs - 3 pcs
Flour - 250 g / 1.5 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Milk - 100 ml
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp...

I always dread egg salad at restaurants, so I stick to homemade. I tried a new method from a chef's video, and it turned out amazing 🥰 She used her secret ingredient, and I had to try it! My boyfriend loved it so much he tried to steal mine too 🤣 I put the recipe down below. Trust me, this is no ordinary egg salad, you guys.

Soft Lemon Biscuits 🍋 that melt in your mouth 🤤

Ingredients
For the Biscuits:
2 eggs
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
80 ml (1/3 cup) sunflower oil
Zest of 1 lemon
50 ml (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
380 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
12 g (2 1/2 teaspoons) baking powder
For Dusting:
80 g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar

OMG.... 2 cans of Cinnamon rolls quartered, 1 can apple pie filling, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans mixed together in a bowl. Pour in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
