We just did a health check-up with our vet, and he gives thumbs up to these adorable four-day-old puppies.

We will be following the European breeding standards and not dock puppy tails. Both parents have beautiful full tails, and we are proud to leave the tails alone.

Karma is great with little kids. She is gentle, usually stays lower than kids so they can pet and hug her. Also, she is trained not to lick faces for hygiene purposes at a very young age.

The trick is to give lots of treats and make it fun for them!

How to clip Wheaten terrier nails? Or any dogs.

The first trick is to teach them “shake” so they’d place their paw into your hand.

The second trick is to have treats next to you as positive reinforcement, reward them generously, especially the first few times clipping nails.

Most importantly, only trim a little bit of the nail at a time. The goal here is never to cut too much.
