Jasher is six months. He has a beautiful pedigree. His Mom Image is Matthew’s Sister and Jasher’s Father is the handsome Abendigo.

I was contemplating how difficult it can be to be a judge. You have two minutes to look at a dog and sometimes you see a great dog but they aren’t shown well or possibly not behaving.
Then the handler or owner gets upset because they know they have a really good dog. I think we as handlers need to understand that we can make or break whether a dog looks really good.
Although these two photos are both good of this dog, I was contemplating how different he looked in each of them.
You might think the trim was different, but actually these photos were taken a couple of minutes apart.
My point is that we need to give the judges a little grace. At least have someone video when we show so we can evaluate ourselves and see if we and our dog look the best they can be.
I have looked at many photos and pictures of myself showing a dog and wondered what was I doing or thought, the dog sure didn’t help himself that day.
Consequently practice, conditioning both with grooming and exercise are so important as well as conditioning to different environments, like heat, cold, and rain.
Have Grace and put in the work and we will be blessed in the long run.

Tears came to my eyes again. I am feeling so blessed by God. I was blessed to have Hadji my heart dog and now He has given me Matthew. It's been many years and now I have a dog that resembles Hadji so incredibly. Not only does he look a lot like him but he is funny and talks like Hadji did. So much personality and joy. I am feeling so blessed and enjoying this special blessing.

I’m sure thankful that dogs go to Heaven. Since Heaven is for eternity I am excited for all the wonderful things that we will do together. I’m a part of Jesus Army. I’ll ride a horse in that army. There are so many amazing things that we will do. Time on earth is short compaired to eternity. I pray all of you will be there too. As we celebrate Easter I am grateful that Jesus came to die for us and take back the authority that we lost in the Garden. And He paid for our sins with His blood and the 39 stripes that He took for us. If you haven’t asked Jesus to be your Savior you can do that now. If your not sure if your going to Heaven and you want to, say this prayer, “ Dear Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God and that you came to save me . I repent for the things that I have done and I want a new start to life. Forgive me of my sins and help me to forgive others. Come into my life and make me a new creation, now take my life and do something beautiful with it. If you prayed that prayer send me a Message. I am so grateful are you too?
Matthew is checking to see if this is all for him: Coffee, towels, hot tub, He’s pretty sure this is for him. Although He really doesn’t like coffee and the water is hot. He’s still gotta check it out.

I got to go shopping today. I checked out every isle. Not much interesting but I looked. Mom said I had to behave in the store and not water anything. I even had to sit and stay. I was pretty proud of myself. My people Dad loved to shop. Mom not so much. Dad’s in Heaven so Mom has to shop. My lucky day as I got to go too.
We ran a bit afterwards. That was the best part. Well off to sleep for a bit. I worked hard today, till later, Matthew

Hi, My name's Matthew. I think I'm special cause Mom likes to squeeze me. She feeds me steak and chicken. I really like to eat, so does my sister, don't tell her but she is a little chubby. I have my work cut out for me, it's my job to take care of Mom. It's not too hard. I just make her laugh, so I do funny things. Well I have more stories to tell you but they will have to wait, I'm pretty sure something is cooking in the kitchen. See Y'all later, Matthew.

I suppose this post has been a long time coming. I finally set a date for Paul's celebration of life June 29th, 2024. It will be on Whidbey Island Washington. Our family hopes that you will come and share with us this special time remembering an amazing man. I'm not sure how people can have a service within weeks of losing someone. I wouldn't have been able to fairly express what a great Husband, Father and Friend Paul was. He was funny and often made me laugh. I tend to be serious and he helped me to live life and not just go through the motions. I was so blessed to be married to him for almost 25 years. The last seven of those years we were able to spend all day together as he retired when he was 54 after putting 30 years into a company. He dearly loved his children and would have done anything for them. He also loved his wrestling team. He coached High School Wrestling for 17 years with Jim and they have many stories to tell. I pray that i can do him justice at his memorial. His friends meant so much to him. He was a gentle giant even though he was powerful. He was a second degree black belt and a heavy weight power lifter and yet he was a big teddy bear. We miss him very much, but have great peace that he is hunting with Hadji in Heaven. Even though nothing dies or is hurt in Heaven, I am sure Paul has a safari off of his mansion and the animals fall down and pretend that he got them and then get up an laugh. I'm sure he is spending time with my parents and I know that he is praying for His Children, Grandchildren, for Me and for You. He loved much and gave much. Save The Date June 29th, 2024.

It has been fun to watch these Image Abendigo kids grow. They are a blessing and have such joyful inquisitive temperaments.
