Recently I had a new customer ask how big our runs are that attach to the rooms the dogs board in. Here is a decent video of a handful of them. We have a 5 acre property so it is pretty unique. ♥️

Hello fellow dog loving friends ♥️ we are amping up our daycare services to help carry us through this slow period by CHANGING OUR HOURS! 😮
Now you can drop off for boarding, and daycare as early as 8 AM till 11 AM Monday THROUGH Friday! Yes you read that correctly, we are now for the first time ever as a kennel opening for the public on Wednesdays to help with convenience, and earlier to accommodate those that have been asking for daycare reasons. Our PM pick up times are the same. Weekend hours are changing to 4-6:30 pm effective immediately. We have other surprises to follow so make sure you keep checking back for more fun things we have in the works.

Just a heads up with our phone system. We are transferring the old house phone to a new device and the porting process is taking longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconveniences. We will soon be able to text quickly for responses for daycare, and bookings. This is going to make things so much quicker, and much smoother in the future. Hang tight 👌

As some of you may or may not know we have said goodbye to Bill our previous manager for many reasons we will keep private for his sake. We are thrilled however and welcomed back Jane. She worked for us for almost 17 years before Bill was hired here. We are eager to get things more organized, cleaned up, and ready for the upcoming holidays.

If you hear anything from Bill in regards to Running pond acres please disregard it as he has no affiliation with the business anymore, and has been told to not contact our customers any longer. We apologize for any inconvenience, or confusion in regards to his termination .

Hello all ♥️ I wanted to give an update for Running Pond Acres. The owner Paul has recently passed away. It has been very difficult, and heartbreaking for us all here. I apologize if we have missed calls or bookings due to lack of response during this time.
Some needed changes are going to start to be implemented- like a new more convenient website, adding credit cards as an option for payment, reworking hours of operation, hiring more full time employees, updating the office and possibly adding a few new packages are all being worked on. I ask that you all have patience with us as we grieve, and strive to give you all the best possible experiences here with us. Prices may need to change due to inflation, increasing hourly wages, hiring more full time employees to adjust the hours, and all the updating that needs to be done along with general maintenance. Please bare with us as I’m hopeful that this place can be something Paul would be proud to see happen. He was very old school, and we loved him for that, but some change is needed and this is what we are planning for the future. Thank you all for the loyalty throughout the years and we look forward to seeing your pups in the future!
