Due to icy road conditions, we want to prioritize everyone’s safety – both our furry friends and their owners. While our usual policy considers same-day cancellations as a no-show, resulting in a forfeited deposit, we’re making an exception today due to the weather.

If you feel it’s unsafe to travel, we completely understand and encourage you to stay home and stay safe. However, we will still be open and fully operational for those who need us. Please call or text us at (907) 214-0985 if you need to cancel.

Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that both you and your pets stay safe and warm!
