As we welcome a brand new year, we want to thank every single person who supported our rescue over the past year — our fosters, adopters, volunteers, donors, vets, and supporters. Because of you, so many animals were given a second chance at safety, love, and a brighter future.

This year brought challenges and tears — but it also brought wagging tails, gentle purrs, happy adoptions, and lives transformed. Every rescue and every goodbye to an animal heading to their forever home reminded us why we do what we do.

As we begin the new year, our hearts are full and our mission remains the same: to keep saving lives, one paw at a time.

From all of our animals (past, present, and future) — thank you for being part of our story. 🐶🐱✨

Severe cold weather protocol in effect through Sunday afternoon

🚨URGENT: STILL IN NEED FOR Rescue or Experienced Foster🚨 We rescued 3 stray kittens from a porch in Waterbury a little over a week ago. They are about 12 weeks old. Two of the kittens (male & female) are able to be handled by humans, although still timid, but the third one is more feral and requires one on one attention to socialize her. We do not currently have any experienced fosters, or staff available to provide the attention this little one requires to become socialized. If there is any rescue, or an experienced foster, who would be able to take this kitten, or all 3, and provide the attention she/they need to become socialized so she/they can eventually find a family of her/their own, please contact us.❤

🚨URGENT Rescue or Experienced Foster Needed🚨
On Thursday we rescued 3 stray kittens from a porch in Waterbury. They are about 12 weeks old. Two of the kittens are able to be handled by humans, although still timid, but the third one is more feral and requires one on one attention to socialize her. Adoption Update: Guess who found a forever home for the holidays, Silvester!!! 🥰We are so happy for this little guy who was adopted a few weeks ago and is already running the house, and causing lots of chaos. 😂 He settled in VERY quickly and loves his new human pal who he sleeps with at night. Silvester is making friends with his new canine brother, Sully, but is good at getting Sully energized! Even though Silvester can be a little "trouble maker," his new family loves him very, very much and are so happy he has become part of their family. ❤ We wish Silvester a wonderful, long life filled with lots of love and adventures. 🥰
