Wow 🤩 I can’t believe this is 19 years ago!! I was so shocked I placed. Straight out of grooming school in Portland, Oregon in 1997. I went and worked for PetSmart within 1.5 years I moved up to management then became a training mentor for over 50 groomers in my district. (10 years at PetSmart hard to believe). That same judge that placed me in competition in 2005 said you’re not a good groomer but you are a hell of a teacher in 1999. Strive to Thrive.

It’s NO JOKE I’m finally starting to be able to breathe. Add a sprinkle of a Single Mom of a 9 year old, Home Owner and Business Owner it’s a a recipe of Insanity. Got too many hats to wear mechanic, landscaper, chef, housekeeping, Miss Fix It and Taxi.
When I started almost 2 years ago I was working Part time with a Vet and Married.
I said NO MORE to BOTH of the Narcissistic Micromanaging ways about how I should be running my life and business. Misery loves Company and I was over it never knowing what personality I was going to endure for the day 🙄Finally one day I had enough and Told both of them where to stick it ✌️ and I showed myself the door.
I Had a crumb of FAITH left in myself, Love of my son (my world),my trade and my passion. So with God, Gratitude, Grace and Grooming I kept the drive alive. My son and I are so much happier and he is the Best Salesman hands out cards everywhere. Hustle and Flo is our motto. Don’t Ever Give Up on Your Dreams..

A lot of changes coming for rebrand.
Been so excited to meet so many new clients and their furry family members that now have become part of the Pack!! There are several reasons that I have been grooming and vet assistanting since 1997. The biggiest reason is because I truly love what I do. Loving what I do gives me the ability to educate my pack (2 and 4 Legged) to help them with brushing techniques, in between haircuts what should owner be doing, and also tell what products work best with each type of coat. After grooming for well over 27 years it is my job to help owners.
Soon I will be carrying the products I use shampoos, sprays and tools and can be refilled. Can purchase from me.
In between grooming appointments I can always trim Nails, pads, around face feet or rear. Wherever you go MAKE Sure Your Groomer knows what they are doing!!.
Both pets pictured have been going to other “groomer’s” regularly.
It’s awful to see a pup that after 3 grooming sessions elsewhere has NEVER had its ear hair plucked. It was impacted with rock hard hair and wax pup was so happy and relieved because it was out!!! (Dogs that don’t shed have ear hair and needs to handled while getting groomed.)if not done will cause ear infections, discomfort and if let alone could effect hearing.
Nails can make me cringe when they say just had it done by vet. Find this 3 weeks later. I offer in home nail trimming so you can leave pets at home and we come right to your door.
Also would anyone be interested in brushing, maintaining coats, home baths or help in some other areas of grooming??? Let me know below
