To all my Waxhaw and Fort Mill clients- this one’s a bit long

I’ve been pet sitting for as long as I can remember. In high school, it started because my mom told me I needed to help out our neighbors. However, sometime around my sophomore year of college, it became something much more meaningful.

As more and more families reached out to me, I began hearing horror stories of previous sitters or companies who had neglected their babies. I quickly realized that this industry is a gamble. There are amazing pet sitters and companies out there, but unfortunately, there are also some really bad ones. I know how hard it is to hand over the care of your pets to a stranger and simply hope it goes well.

That’s why, from day one, my goal has been to treat your pets like they’re my own. I’ve done everything I could to make not only your pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved- but to make you feel that way too. Over the years, many of you have become more than clients. You’ve become friends, and even family. I truly cherish every one of you and can’t thank you enough for trusting me with such an important part of your life. I am so blessed for so many of you to have taken a gamble on me

I wanted to come on here and update everyone on how I will be handling payments & bookings💛

From here on out all deposits are due at time of booking (50%) or day after meet & greet

If you cancel a month before the trip you will receive a FULL refund for ANY reason. If you cancel within 30 days of service, the deposit will not be refunded. Any last minute bookings, it is a non-refundable deposit

The first deposit will be through mobile pay or cash at the meet and greet. The remainder of the booking is to be paid in cash!

Meet Skye (left) and Spaz (right).

Skye can come across as a bit intimidating at first—she’s selective about who she lets into her home (but honestly, can you blame her?).

Fortunately, reading dog behavior is a big part of what I do every day. While Skye might seem a little standoffish initially, she quickly opened up her sweet, goofy side. All it took was 1 biscuit, a few pets, and tossing her favorite toy for her to warm up :,)

These kinds of connections are exactly why I love what I do. As a dog trainer and pet sitter, I observe and interpret behavior constantly—it’s like having a little superpower that helps me make sure your pets feel comfortable, safe, and understood. Skye was no exception to that rule.

As for Miss Spaz—she’s all about the treats and snuggles, no questions asked.

UPDATE FOR ALL MY CLIENTS

I have recently switched most of you over to an app called, GroupMe. I am still able to send pictures, videos, and messages in there.

My iMessage sees A LOT of texts daily, so I wanted to make everything a bit more organized.

I know it’s a slight adjustment, but I feel in the long run it will make everyone’s life much easier💛

I had the opportunity to see two of my favorite babies this past weekend. Harper (the little sausage princess) and Pepper (the queen of the house). We thoroughly enjoyed sunbathing and enjoying the nice weather!

I missed this crew! I dropped in to see all of these sweet babies over the weekend. The big one, cooper, needed a lot of love the first time I dropped in with him. Now he gets so excited when he hears “oh my coopa coop!!!” before I walk in the door🥹
