🐾 Meet Bert & Ernie! 🐾
At just 3.5 weeks old, these tiny Boxer/Terrier mix brothers have already been through so much. 💔 Left without their mom, they’re part of a litter of 12 puppies who needed urgent help.

💪🏻It took the teamwork of three rescues coming together to make sure every single pup was safe, loved, and cared for. ❤️ Together, we said “yes” to giving them the second chance they deserve.

Bert and Ernie are just starting their journey, and we can’t wait to watch them grow into happy, wiggly pups. Stay tuned for updates, and reach out for adoption info on one of these handsome hunks! 🐶🐶✨

What's Up Wednesday??

Well I almost missed this one!!! For those who do not know, I (Jill) personally write the post on Wednesdays!!!

My post are no where as good as my social media managers, but I try!!!! Lol

Today, I want to update you on Tux!!! Tux was our most recent medical case who out of the blue started seizing. He was rushed to the clinic, where he continued to seize, and was immediately transferred to CARE.

Moving on to today.... he never had any other seizures after antibiotics and anti-seizure medications.
After a follow up appointment to the amazing neurologist at CARE, we decided it could possibly have been related to an infection being a febrile reaction. We started weaning him off the seizure medications and we are HAPPY to say NO SEIZURE activity to date. He has 7 more days on the lowest (last decrease) and then he will be completely weaned.

Although, he will not leave the rescue until atleast a week of no medications, we are currently accepting applications for him.

He is now 14 weeks old and weighs 5.2 lbs.

Welcome to NMLR little boys!!! I still have not named them since I left to go on vacation the day I got them. (Yeah, how could I say no). Anyone got any suggestions?

❄️Siberian Husky mix. 10 months old. Growing up without a family.❄️

At just 10 months old, this Siberian Husky has spent her whole life in rescue. Bottle-fed an a tiny puppy...raised in a foster home...and still waiting. She's been overlooked again and again. Where are the Husky lovers?

Julia is smart, beautiful, and full of love - but she's spending her puppyhood without a family to call her own.

Can someone explain to me why NO one is stepping up for this guy? Is he too big? Is he too old? Why does no one want to adopt a trained dog with a FREE in home session at adoption? I am at a loss of words why he is being overlooked. Someone please help me understand this one.
