Our resident sweetheart Jane has with the soul of a couch potato and the body of a squishy, snuggly land hippo. At just 5 months old, she’s perfected the art of flopping, cuddling, and making you smile with her silly expressions and wiggly tail.

TEMP FOSTER NEEDED FOR 5 DAYS

REMEMBER OUR BOTTLE BABIES FROM A FEW WEEKS AGO, TIE AND TUX!!!
WELL WE KNEW THEY WOULDNT STAY IN RESCUE LONG ... THEY HAVE ADOPTERS....
HOWEVER WE NEED HELP FROM 7.24 - 7.28 UNTIL ADOPTION DAY. WHO WANTS TO LOVE THESE CUTIES FOR A FEW DAYS, TO CLEAR THEM AT 8 WEEKS OLD.

The 4th of July might be fun for us—but it can be terrifying for our dogs. 💥 Loud fireworks, unfamiliar guests, and summer heat can all pose risks to our four-legged friends. Before the celebrations begin, here are some quick safety tips:

✅Keep dogs indoors during fireworks—preferably in a quiet, secure room.
✅Check gates & fences—scared dogs can bolt and escape in a panic.
✅Play calming music or white noise to help drown out fireworks.
✅Update ID tags & microchips—just in case they get spooked and run.
✅No scraps or alcohol—party food and drinks can be toxic to pets.
✅Watch the heat—limit outdoor time during the day and provide lots of water.

👉🏻If you have a panicked pup, how do you calm them?

We want everyone to have a fun and safe weekend—including your pets. 💙🐕 If you see a dog missing after the fireworks, be kind, be calm, and help get them home.

Say hello to tiny Tie! 🐾 This 4-week-old terrier/Yorkie mix may be small, but he’s already captured our hearts. 💛

Tie and his brother came from a rough beginning, but thanks to NMLR, they’re now thriving baby boys soaking up all the love (and milk!) they deserve. They are eatimated to grow up to be around 20 lbs. Tie is just getting started in life, and already proving he’s strong, sweet, and seriously crush-worthy.
