Tiny Bubbles 🫧
Did you know that some dogs are scared of heights and it makes them nervous to be on the table? Bubbles was afraid she would float away, so much of her groom was done on the floor to help her feel secure.

Sweet Honey is prone to irritation if shaved too short. I use a #5 blade on her for her summer cut. It’s short but not so short that her skin suffers. If you have a dog with sensitive skin but still like a short cut, ask your groomer for a #5 to get a good balance of cleanliness and comfort!

Vincent is a Terrier mix with an estimated birth date of 3/18/24. He is small now but we do expect him to be a large when fully grown. He wants to please everyone and although he does have some puppy tendencies he is not what we would consider extremely active. He loves being petted and will accept any form of TLC! He will need a fenced in yard to run and play safely. Active owners are always best because of his age. Vincent is still working on his basic manners and will need someone with the time for training. 🆘 Hi all! I have an urgent pup in need. About 6 months old, male, not neutered pit pup. Sweet but needs all the basic training including potty training. He also needs basic vet care which I can help with. He has been kept in a laundry basket since he was a baby 😭

I hope y’all will go out for the Furry Friends 5k on April 2nd! There will be food trucks and music and raffles! I will be giving away a free groom with a raffle basket as well as free grooms for any pet adopted from Green County Humane Society, AND free grooms for life for one special dog that’s been waiting 2 years to be adopted!!

HOSPICE FOSTER NEEDED.

Heidi is a 10 year old Pomeranian mix. She is mostly deaf and blind. She came to us at the beginning of March. She was very matted so she now has a new haircut. She is not used to a collar or leash so is mostly carried everywhere. She can walk but it's at her pace. In her old age she is lumpy and bumpy so any vet care needed would be provided by us.

She is looking for a quiet home. She can live with docile dogs and cats but no young children. She only has 8 teeth so she gets fed wet food. She REALLY likes her food and does not care to share so would need to be separated from any dogs when being fed.

This is my favorite type of dog to do. Little Tundra was trying her best to be ferocious; growling and barking when she met me. Look at her worried eyes in the first pic, trying to figure out if she can trust me. When they are so fearful I like to snuggle them in a towel and then sit with them on the floor while I dry them so I can talk sweet to them and build trust. Tundra decided she was safe and was so sweet during the groom. At the end she had a confident gaze and was relaxed. I also like to step in the house, in their territory, when I’m done and pet them so I can show them we are still friends even though they went through something scary to them. It’s very rewarding to me to work with an anxious dog ❤️

One of the quickest ways into my heart is an Aussie! Willow did not disappoint; with her roly-poly snuggles and leaning into me ❤️ every time I groom an Aussie I’m reminded of my sweet Tess that passed away at age 20. I love you forever my Tessie girl. If that weren’t enough for a good day, I also successfully bathed 4 sweet cats without a scratch on me!

Sweet Goldie liked the pampering and wanted back on the table after her tidy up. Look at those adorable eyes!! Handsome King was so very smart and insisted on showing off his tricks, and gentle senior Lizzie made sure to show her gratitude with lots of kisses ❤️

Have I mentioned I love my job?? I mean look at this cuteness! Gatsby was shaking like a leaf when he got in the van but, after every little step in the grooming process, I would clap for him and say ‘yay, you did it!’ Well that just inflated his confidence like a balloon and soon his tail was goin, and kisses were flyin, and he was so very proud of himself ❤️ He even showed off his sit pretty trick. I just absolutely love seeing a dog feel confident and happy! Pepper had no problem with her confidence; she was so attentive and showed off her best tricks too. It was a very good day 😊

Summer and Chelsea were both rescued from a shelter ❤️ I am so glad their mom found them and gave them the chance they deserve. They were both PERFECT and sweet and silly, not to mention ridiculously cute.
