Ber-Gust Farms

We are a CSA produce grower using all-natural/organic methods. Most of our offerings are heritage or heirloom varieties.

Ber-Gust Farms is located in the northwest Ohio village of Waynesfield. We are close to I-75, half way between Dayton and Toledo. We have a heritage of practicing all-natural farming methods and old fashion animal husbandry. We truly care about the land and animals that the Good Lord has us taking care of while we are on earth.

With the forecast of “heavy storms “ and being a holiday weekend, we will NOT have veggies at the ReStore on Saturday.

The 2024 Allen County Fair is in the books!! Pleased with the outcome on our entries and thanks to the generous bidding our wine contributed $115 to the 4-H scholarship fund.

Remember if you want a shot at a very special bottle of wine, two of our bottles will be auctioned off at the Allen County Fair with proceeds going to 4-H. They will be labeled Vino Nicolino and are the Apple-BlackBerry and the BlackBerry!

Want a tasty bottle of wine? The Allen County Fair will auction off 2 of our bottles on Saturday August 24 at 2 pm. Proceeds benefit the 4-H foundation. Come out and bid on one or both of these special bottles!!

Happy Friday everyone!! This evening starts the Allen County Fair!!! Today we have spent the last 7 hours harvesting and selecting our entries for the Senior Fair veggie competition! SO, that means we will have ALOT of stuff tomorrow in the ReStore parking lot!! Peppers (hot and not), tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and beans. All fresh and yummy, just didn’t make the cut for our entries!! Stop out 9-noon corner of Elm and Metcalf!!

It’s Saturday!! You know what that means! Come see me at the Habitat for Humanity Restore from 9-12. Corner of Elm and Metcalf. I have green beans, onions, garlic, potatoes, a few hot peppers. If you need canning quantities of green beans, message me and we will make it happen. Also, bring bags if you have them. I am out.

TOMATOES! Heirloom tomatoes today! We have Cherokee Purple, Pineapples, and Brandywines. Not many so come early! We also have red potatoes, onions, green beans, hot peppers and more! Come see us today, from 9-12 at the Habitat for Humanity Restore, corner of Elm and Metcalf!

Gooooood evening veggie lovers!! We will be at the Habitat ReStore parking lot tomorrow from 9 to Noon!
Green beans, onions, garlic, potatoes, cucs, and a few of the first……tomatoes!
Not many tomatoes this week but it looks like a bumper crop for next week!

3 gallons of blackberries picked today, making a total of 10 gallons so far. Been keeping these berries going for almost 35 years. Thanks to Grandpa Spiller for having these on his farm, now we have a little bit of him on our farm!
