Dunkin’s Food Cupboard is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and we help people feed their pets. Anyone facing temporary hardship can reach out to us and we will help them get the food they need to keep their fur-family fed and happy.

Due to extremely high demand and limited funding Dunkin’s Food Cupboard has revised some policies and procedures. Please note we are not a large corporation. We are a small non profit based in upstate New York run by two individuals with full time jobs.

Effective today our new policies are:

—We offer in store pickup. If you decline and opt to have your items shipped to you we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise, wrong addresses, etc.

—There is a 60$ cap on purchases. We are meant to be a temporary help during extremely difficult times until other means of supporting your pets is secured

—We can only help animals in your home. Unfortunately we do not have the means to help feed stray or feral animals.

—The culture of Dunkin’s Food Cupboard is one of generosity and kindness. Rude and demanding behavior will not be tolerated and the request will be removed.

We thank you for your patience as we work to get to each and every request.

How to Request Help

Please email us at [email protected].
You may include a wish list from Walmart or Tractor Supply Company.

You may also simply tell us what brand/type of food your pet eats. -Also please specify if you would like your order shipped or if you would like a same day pick-up at either Walmart, Petsmart, or Tractor Supply Company.

- IF YOU WOULD LIKE SAME DAY PICK UP: please include the store name and the address/zip code of the store where you would like to pick up your order

- Same-day pick-up orders require the following information from the person who will pick up the order: Name, phone number, and email address so the store may let you know when your order is ready.

- When your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation.

Guidelines for Requesting Help

- You may request assistance once every 60 days (exceptions may be made on a case by case basis)
- There is a $50 per order (exceptions may be made on a case by case basis)
- We order and send products only; no store gift card or cash transfers
- At this time we are unable to provide help with prescriptions or flea and tick meds
