Happy Monday and Happy Veteran’s Day tomorrow, thank you to all veterans for your service! We had several kitties go home this week, including Lipton, Gizmo, Max, Garcia, Pecan & Pistachio, Quinn & Bacon all went home, and Cheddar is headed home tomorrow! Sebastian is currently in foster but is still available for adoption. We have Speedy, Winston, and Moxie & Rocky on deposit. New cats are Lily, Henny & Cookie.

This week, our new cats include a bonded pair of gorgeous young torties! Henny and Cookie are two sweet girls under a year old that came to us as strays. They are very friendly and love to purr when they’re picked up! We don’t know how they would be with dogs but think they’d be fine with calm children.

Lily would likely do best as an only cat, and we don’t know too much about her to be honest, as she is a bit hard to understand! She would do well in a calm, quiet home where she can blossom into a nice companion for someone. We do not know how she would be with dogs but do not think she would like other cats or young children.

A reminder that we have our Declutter for a Cause fundraiser going on until December 11th! Items can be brought in during open hours on Thursdays and Saturdays. Open hours are also included on this post- each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 4-7, and Saturday 10-1!

✨ Meet Maleficent — The Queen of Sass and Snuggles! 👑
Age: 2.5 years

Looking for a cat with main character energy? Look no further — Maleficent has entered the chat. 😼

This gorgeous gray girl isn’t your average kitty. She’s independent, confident, and has just the right amount of spice to keep life interesting. One minute she’s lounging regally in her bed, the next she’s giving you that look that says, “You may approach the throne… but only if I allow it.”

Maleficent enjoys her quiet time and prefers her admirers to keep a respectful distance until she’s ready for attention. Once she decides you’ve earned her royal approval, though, she can be incredibly sweet and charming.

She’d do best in a calm home with humans who appreciate a cat with a little attitude — someone who loves a mix of sugar and spice. 🌶️💖

We are currently trapping cats in the area of Lower Gore Road in Webster.l, and plan to be trapping for a few weeks. If you have indoor/outdoor cats please keep them inside during this time. If you happen to be missing your indoor/outdoor cat in the next few days, please reach out and let us know as they may have been trapped in our efforts to TNR a rather large colony. Come join us at the Community Cat Connection on Saturday, November 29th for our 2nd Annual Shop Small Business Caturday from 10:00 to 2:00!

Our elves (volunteers) have been busy, lovingly creating and donating unique craft items, purr-fect gifts for all of the cat lovers on your Christmas gift list. All proceeds will go towards caring for our kitty shelter residents. There will be a drop-off bin if you’d like to bring in kitty treats or toy for the cats.

So come shop, meet the cats and enjoy a holiday treat and beverage!

The Community Cat Connection is located at 289 Thompson Rd, Webster, MA.

Happy Monday! Hope your cats allowed you to sleep in for the extra hour from daylight savings time (I am very much joking about that- it is not possible!)! This week we have a few new kitties and several are on deposit! Our new kitties are: Winston, Lily (not pictured), and Castiel (not pictured). Garcia, Moxie, Rocky, and Gizmo are on deposit! We had a lot of kitties go home, including: Macadamia & Pecan, Chili, Cream Puff, Lipton, Bud, and Paprika! Sebastian is also heading to foster, so fingers and paws crossed for him!!!

Winston and Lily came in together but are not bonded and were fighting when they arrived, so they should be adopted separately. Winston is 8 years old, Lily is 9, and both are very friendly with humans including children! They are not fans of dogs. Winston is a short haired grey and white boy, and Lily is a pretty medium haired brown tabby.

Castiel was adopted several years ago but was very unhappy due to a new addition to the family, and he came back to us to find a better fit. He is a handsome long haired black and white boy about 7 years old. He should be adopted as an only cat or perhaps to a home with another laid back cat, but no young children. We do not know how he is with dogs.

Also attached is our flyer for the Declutter For A Cause fundraiser going on this month through early December! Come see us to drop off all your donated items and also to hopefully find your new best feline friend(s)!

Happy Halloween! We have a Forever Friday to share with you today.

Little Chewy and Dewey were adopted as a pair not long ago and are doing great! They came to us as strays from another shelter and spent some time in foster, growing and getting to be the friendly sweet babies they are now! Read below for the short blurb from their forever mom:

“They chose me and they fill my ❤️ every day I’m glad we adopted them as a pair they look out for each other like human brothers and sisters”

Happy Monday! This week we had several kitties go home, including - Biscotti & Blossom, Elroy, Trois, Foxy, Quinn, Leif, and Merry & Pippin! New cats this week include : Gizmo, Porkie, Thumbs, Moxie, and Rocky!

Most of our new kitties are not pictured here, but Gizmo is! He is a handsome 7 year old boy who came to us as an owner surrender. He would love to be in a comfy forever home but we do not know how he would be with other cats, dogs or children. He wants to be friends with everyone but not all cats want to be friends with him- Poor guy! He is currently in foster and can be seen by appointment with prior communication.

Porkie and Thumbs were trapped as strays but are both accustomed to humans and would do well in a variety of homes. They would most likely do well with other cats, as well as well behaved dogs and older children.

Moxie and Rocky are two of Roxie’s kittens, and they are ready to find their own home! They are super cute and playful, and have now been spayed or neutered, as well as microchipped, deflead, dewormed, and combo tested, just like all of our kitties ready to find their forever homes.

Come down to the CCC and you very well may meet your new best friend! We have open hours each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-7 pm and Saturday from 10-1! Also please don’t forget we are collecting donations for the Declutter For A Cause fundraiser!! See attached flyer for more details
