Individuals and families, desiring to purchase a chameleon from us, will receive educational material regarding the captive chameleon habitat (cage, lighting, heat, vines, humidity, etc.), as well as an in-depth overview on chameleon health and nutrition. Customers will be asked to provide a picture of their pre-arranged captive chameleon habitat prior to the release of our chameleons. This requirement is solely to ensure that our chameleons will leave our hands, to the hands of customers well educated and prepared to provide the best care possible, ensuring health and longevity. The commitment and type of detailed education provided by our business will be unlike any received from a major chain pet store. If after reviewing the ins-and-outs of chameleon ownership, our customer feels that they are unable to make the commitment to provide the best possible care, then the sale will be suspended until the customer feels comfortable with proceeding. However, to avoid hesitation; in addition to our pre-purchasing commitment to our customer, we are committed to serving our customers as a resource for the duration of their chameleon ownership, and to help them problem solve any issues that may arise.
