Sad day on the Farm…. We lost our boy Gambler Ghost. He crossed the rainbow bridge. At some point last night he colic.
Thank you to Dr. Evans, Peterson and Smith for your quick response. We tried everything we could to reverse it but he was down too long.

Just a reminder to those of you who know and info for those who don't: Please pass horses (whether ridden or driven or being lead) at speeds under 10 mph and at least 6 1/2 feet. When horses spook, they tend to jump into the road instead of away. Please stay safe.

Highly Recommend Ocala Vet Calls. Dr. Holbrook is a wonderful veterinarian that truly cares about your pets. Great communication and compassion. Prices are very reasonable. Our two rescue dogs were much more comfortable than going to an office.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with UofF extension office for their pasture management people. I Googled their number and called but no one knew what I was talking about. I thought they had someone that would come out and help with pasture management.
