The story started with the owner Gianni Guidolin in 1980, the company marked every step to gain a successful reputation as one of Italian and European market leaders with Wafer Fioc, the complete feed for horses. In 2010 the latest challenge with the launch of a new product line dedicated to small pet, with the brand 2G PET FOOD while in 2012 the launch of the new snack for horses EQUISNACK.

Wafer Fioc - the totally natural right nutritional balance
What is Wafer-Fioc? Wafer Fioc is a healthy natural horse feed product, combining high quality long fiber forage (average length 6" to 8") and flaked cereals. These tasty wafers for horses are manufactured using the latest technology that allows the structure of the long fibers to be retained. It comes as a compacted 1.6" x 1.6" biscuit that crumbles easily. Wafer Fioc is highly digestible, due to the incorporation of flaked cereals. It is an extremely beneficial and nutritious product ideally suited to the digestive system of the horses.
The long fibers improve the gastrointestinal transit and the biscuit composition allows for longer chewing and salivation during ingestion. The steam-cooked and subsequently laminated cereals preserve the fibers, the aroma and the extremely high biological value of the ingredients.
The flaking process works on the chemical and physical organoleptic characteristics of the cereal, promoting an increase in the digestibility and palatability of the ingredients, and includes complete sterilization together with the elimination of anti-nutritional factors. It also allows for the gelatinization of starch, namely its transformation into dextrins and less complex sugars and the subsequent loss of crystalline structures, which further improves digestion.
