Hi guys- Just a reminder
With summer around the corner, make sure you have your pets up to date on all vaccines. We all tend to take our pets out more and socialize (which is great they love it and so do we.) Kennels/dog parks/ any socialization can put your pet at risk for kennel cough, so make sure you keep them up to date to help prevent it 🙃
Your pet can catch kennel cough anywhere, for example simply just going on a walk and your pet sniffing a bush where an infected dog has went. It’s easily transferable anywhere including boarding facility’s. Basically kennel cough is the flu for dogs. If your kids have the flu and go to school 6 more kids get it too, it’s the same thing. It’s not always preventable but we try our best💗
If your pet is showing any symptoms and you have an appointment with us please cancel, so we don’t put everyone else at risk. Thank you💗
