I shouldnt have to do this but after what transpired over this holiday season and in the past week I feel I must now.

PSA: Please respect my time. I will not be answering phone calls, text messages, or DM late at night. My phone is on DND (do not disturb) by 9pm until 7am. Please do not send me hateful messages just because I'm not responding to you, especially during those hours. I have a family and farm to tend to and I'm allowed to have MY time. I'm allowed to be closed. Please do not just show up expecting to be a walk in. I am BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Pet parents,

Which are you? Do you brush A? Do you use Comb B?

Long haired breeds ( especially Doodles) you need to be using the Comb (B). Slicker brushes (A) Do not reach the skin and provide a full Comb out of your pets coat resulting in matting. While you may be brushing everyday if you aren't using the proper equipment you aren't properly brushing out the full coat resulting in mats near the skin. There for resulting in your pet needing to be shaved down or dematted if not to bad. Dematting can be painful and time consuming not to mention leave "holes" in the coat depending on how bad the mat is.

Please make sure you are using the proper tools on your furry friend to keep from ending up with results less desirable at the groomers.
