When looking for a groomer remember we aren't all the same, find one who cares, find one who will cry when your pet they have seen for years passed away. We all cried today for a client, who pet didn't die but he lost his wife this summer unexpectedly and to no fault of his own had to rehome her due to his limitations and health issues. He recommended they continue to bring the dog to us, when the dog came, we looked at each other and questioned wow you look like ... the new owner began to tell us, we all began tearing up. WE KNOW HOW SAD he must be without his dog and his struggle to make this decision. So we gave her some extra love today and took a few extra pics to pass along. Find someone who cares.
