Hey friends! Because we at Wag N’ Purr know how important it is for you and your dog to have obedience training, we are offering a $50 reimbursement to any adopter who adopted from us after January 1, 2025, if they can provide a certificate of completion from from a certified obedience training course.
Obedience training is essential if you want a well behaved dog. And there are so many other benefits to taking a training class with your dog.

1. It teaches you how to teach your dog to be a good boy or girl

2. It’s an excellent way to socialize your dog in a controlled environment.

3. It’s a great way to meet other owners who share your love of dogs.

4. Using their brain, tires out a dog more than a walk. And a tired puppy is a good puppy 😊

5. Training helps build your dog’s confidence.

6. Taking a class with a trainer gives you access to a professional resource to run by any issues you may be having with your dog.

7. Training your dog helps you and your new pet bond.

Let’s welcome Truly back to Wag N’ Purr! Truly was adopted in November of last year and is unfortunately being returned to us. Truly is a 7 month old puppy who’s weighs about 45 lbs. She is a true gem. Her current mom says she’s a doll and is really awesome. She loves children, but because of her size and strength, children over 10 would be best. She also does well with other dogs after a proper introduction.
Truly is crate trained and potty trained. She’s currently going through basic obedience training and knows some basic commands. She’s a good, smart girl and will be a breeze to train.
Truly is spayed, microchipped, utd on vaccines, flea/tick and heart worm prevention.
Truly is located in Cedarburg.

💛💛💛 we adopted Henry but Milo is allergic, so no longer haired dogs (or cats, he’s allergic to those, too) in my future. 😭 Henry is so sweet, he does great in a kennel overnight and is well potty trained. He’s a big ol’ cuddle bug with little bursts of puppy energy. He really is such a sweet, gentle boy but we have to find another family for him. 💔

ETA: he is great and so patient with our kids. Not a mean bone in his body. He’s also submissive towards Sheela (who is a timid girl herself)

Oh Jack! You are so perfect! We can’t find a single thing bad to say about you.
We love that you’re the snuggliest boy ever. We love that you’re 5 years old but still like playing with toys and other dogs, that you’re 50 lbs. and gentle with kids and that you’re potty trained. You’re such a good boy, that even though you don’t mind being in your crate, you don’t need to be crated when you’re left alone because you don’t do anything naughty.
Whoever welcomes you into their family, is going to be very, very lucky.

Meet little Luna! Luna was a surprise addition to the Wag N’ Purr family. She came along for the ride on the transport truck with her brother, hoping that maybe someone along the way would fall in love with her and sn**ch her up. And someone did 😊 One of our fantastic fosters agreed to foster her along with the puppy she was already fostering. So now little Luna has a warm, safe, loving, temporary home until her forever family can be found.
Luna is about 3 months and weighs about 8 lbs. she’s such is dog and kid friendly.

Meet Country! Country is a stunning, 2 year old sweetie pie, who weighs about 50 lbs. She loves hanging out in sunny spots on the floor or curled up right next to you. Country is such a sweet, special girl who seems to have had not so nice experiences with people in the past. Despite that, she has so much love that she wants to give and loves affection. This girl will be the most loyal companion to whoever chooses her. She will show her gratitude 100 fold.
