😃Hey Wag N’ Purr family and friends! Let’s play a game! 🎯As most of you who follow us know, Miss Mercy has been looking for her forever family for pretty much her whole life. 😥She’s been with us, in foster for about 7 of her 11 months of life. Before that, she was in a Texas shelter for several months. Her two brothers that came to WI with her, were adopted right away, but for some odd reason, Mercy is having trouble finding her family. Ever since Mercy came to us, we’ve been curious as to her breed mix. 🐕Her coloring, her small stature, her markings, are all unique and don’t really correlate with any particular breed. Our curiosity got the better of us, so we ordered an Embark DNA test! 😲And we got it today!!! 🎉Mercy begrudgingly let her foster mom swab her and it’s off to the lab. 🔬So, the game is called; Guess Mercy’s breed mix! 🐕🦺 The top three people whose guess comes closest to the actual result, will win a prize!! 🎖️3rd prize: a coveted Wag N’ Purr Animal Rescue T-shirt! 👚(Should be first prize, I know) 2nd prize: a $20 gift card to Pet Supplies Plus! 🧧1st prize: a coveted Wag N’ Purr T-Shirt, a Wag N’ Purr car magnet AND a $25 gift card to Pet Supplies Plus!! 🤯 If more than one person is eligible for 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize, prize will be split between winners. Except the T-Shirt, we won’t make you share that. All you need to do, is take a look at beautiful Mercy 🐶 and write your top 3 breed guesses in the comment section. ❓The guesses should be in the order of how you think her DNA is made up. 🧬Meaning, the breed that makes up most of her DNA at the top, followed by the second most, followed by the third. 🧬 We will post results of the test as soon as we receive them, then winners shortly after. 🎉 Have fun!!! 🥳
