When a pup is matted this severely the most humane thing we can do is shave it and start fresh. Putting a pup through hours of dematting and discomfort is abuse . We will always put your pets comfort first , then going forward we can come up with a plan to get the desired length by putting your pup on a recurring schedule. We are happy to teach you how to brush/comb at home to maintain between appointments. It takes team work to keep pups long . It saddens me that we had someone and their friends bash us on google for doing whats best for their pup and demanded a refund . They used the fact we are deaf to make us look bad . We communicated in person and text we would do what we can and left it as long as possible , gave them a beautiful haircut. Heres the before and after. We are happy to work with clients to get the desired look if its possible. We love our pets and our customers please don’t hestitate to reach out with questions regarding brushing/ combs and questions regarding grooming at home. We want to help you!
